O hotel é bastante confortável, com serviços e comodidades interessantes. Os quartos são bem arrumados e limpos. Embora o hotel seja um pouco distante do centro da cidade, ele disponibiliza três bons restaurantes o que facilita a estadia no hotel. |

1. Everything was great, room, food, leisure facilities etc, hotel very clean and well kept. we went there for my first mothers day and had a lovely stay.2. Excellent variety of food for breakfast and good value for money. 3. pool great for families and my son enjoyed his first swim at 4months old. 4. free parking, stayed in belfast city centre hotel before and had to park in a nearby car park. 1. we ate in the Suburbia Bar and service was initially good with starters and main course but no one came to clear our main course plates so we didnt get chance to order any dessert. a lot of guests came in from the wedding which was on so maybe staff were too busy but slightly disappointed as we would have stayed for a few more drinks but decided to leave.2 no fridge in room as would have liked to put my sons bottles in the fridge. 3. didnt like the scrambled egg at breakfast. 4. no towels given at pool, had to take towels from the room. |

i had dinner at the spice club was the best bit. i enjoyed my stay although there was a few things that disappointed me slightly. the gym was very cramped. the swimming pool was full of children playing so i couldnt do lengths properly and in peace as it was loud. when i arrived at the hotel at 3.00 pm the room i was given had not been cleaned. there was not enough pillows on the bed and the ones that were there were flat so i asked for more and the maid said no. |

Although the Ramada is about 20 mins from Belfast they had a free shuttle bus that took you into the city and collected you when you were ready to come back to the hotel, they even took me to work on the two mornings I was there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good and reasonably priced. Leisure facilities excellent. |

Location near to river walk, professional and courteous staff at breakfast, good-looking staff on reception (always nice) and they were efficient. odour in bathroom on arrival coming from the floor drain which persisted (room 17 I think). |

I liked the room and the hotel itself, it was modern and very clean. I also liked the free parking facility. I found the food in the restaurants very nice however the service in the restaurants was extremely poor. The main restaurant was boiling hot! The tables were on top of each other, it took 15 mins before we got menus, another 15 mins before we could get anyones attention and the menu was a poor choice. I felt so badly treated we went to the indian restaurant instead which was better but again the service was extremely poor. It took a very long time to get anything we needed and staff in both restaurants were extremely inefficent, forgettful and quite incompetent. |

Room was nice, breakfast was great. went to go for a morning swim, told needed to pay £2 for a swimming cap as its their policy to wear one, i have no hair !!! |

The bedrooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious and each room had a flat screen television. The food was completely unacceptable - the breakfast was not worth the 15 pounds. We also had a three course meal (reheated, processed turkey and ham - quite in-edible) in the hotel as part of a formal dinner dance with 400 travelling student delegates as part of a weekend conference and we found the serving staff to be quite rude, virtually screaming at us to move napkins, glasses or even ourselves from the table so they could put plate down - not a single one said 'please'. Over our entire stay the staff (bar one gentleman in the downstairs bar) were quite abrupt, and sometimes ignorant to us, presumably due to the ''student-factor''. |

Nice modern hotel with excellent facilities. Far too noisy. On both nights of our stay sleep was pretty much impossible due to behaviour of other guests. Would not recommend on this basis |

Hotel was clean and staff were at all times courteous and friendly - given the price we were expecting much lower standards. Would definitely stay here again. You need to have a car or be prepared to pay for taxis to get to belfast city centre. so whilst it's better and cheaper than most city centre hotels you need to factor in taxi costs etc. |

The hotel was in a ideal location for those who may not want to be in the city centre. Very clean. The Spice club restraunt was a bit of a dissapointment. The breakfast finishes exactly at 10.30, even if you have been sitting at the table for 15mins. |

Quiet, nice location, good proximity to the city, enjoyed the games room, friendly staff who took care of my requests promptly and efficiently. The Indian restaurant - not the best or authentic Indian food. The waitstaff didn't like to give a decent table to anyone who hadn't booked even though the restaurant was nearly empty and it was early in the evening. |
