The hotel was excellent the breakfast was excellent plenty to choose from compliments to the chef. The man of the house seems to have a serious attitude which in the hotel trade is not good for trade,it seemed once he had taken our money he totally ignored us never even spoke to us during our stay being business people our selfs we were very dissapointed,the lady of the house was excellent. |

We liked everything from the very friendly welcome to the high standard of cleanliness. Would recommend this guest house to friends and will definately be back. |

The room was tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff were very friendly and the Breakfast was very yummy. Great location for Pleasure Beach and Tram line up to the Tower. |

Lovely welcome, great breakfast - good choice in menu, close to pleasure beach and trams, free parking, clean room. Very friendly and helpful. Thankyou for a lovely holiday. Would recommend without hesitation. |

Friendliness of hosts and the way they communicate with clients, also cleanilness and quiteness. Though I did not use internet at the guest house, I liked the fact that it is there for free when needed. The double bed in the room that I slept in needs to be changed or repaired, its a bit deformed on one side(depression) making it a bit uncomfortable. That is why I ticked good on comfort on number 2 |

The breakfast We weren't allowed to eat our evening take away meal in the dining room when we needed to return to the guesthouse due to our daughter not feeling well, so we needed to take it in turns eating in the car....Not a very nice experience when on holiday! |

Nice quiet location, very easy to find. The owners were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Very nice, homely b&b Was a bit far from the centre, but there are plenty ways to get there. |

My family all had a great time at the Seaforth Guest House, it was close to anemities, staff were lovely and the room was spotless i would recommend Seaforth to anyone. |

Room was so tiny you couldn't move and was very cold, but staff did sort the radiator out for our second nights stay. Never had a shower all weekend as the shower didn't work. |
