Personale cordiale, stanza comoda e bagno ampio e confortevole. Posizione strategica per visitare il centro città anche a piedi. Colazione servita fino alle ore 10!! Check out troppo prestò la mattina. Chiedono ina cauzione per eventuali consumi |

Ubicazione e colazione Materassi scomodi. Fatto presente all'housekeeping, sostengono che siano tutti piu' o meno cosi' (i nostri avevano le molle fuoriuscenti). Hanno rimediato mettendo coperta spessa tra materasso e lenzuolo.Non abbiamo avuto camera non smoking come richiesto. Reception poco disponibile |

La posizione è perfetta, centrale e con tutti i collegamenti a pochi passi. Piacevole l'arredamento delle parti comuni, gradevoli le camere, non molto grandi ma dotate di tutti i confort, proprio come le cabine di un transatlantico. Buona la prima colazione. Il giorno della partenza avevamo chiesto la sveglia alle 4 dovendo prendere il volo di ritorno alle 6.30 ma siamo stati chiamati con 20 minuti di ritardo... |

Servizzi offerti; vicinanza dell'hotel al centro; pulizia; confort. All'arrivo all'hotel delle 2 camere prenotate ne risultava solo 1, comunque sono riusciti a trovare la seconda camera; il terzo giorno, per un loro disguido, non trovando la ricevuta della cauzione hanno bloccato la camera. al nostro rientro, il pomeriggio, abbiamo trovato la chiave disabilitata. dopo aver ripassato la carta di credito hanno riabilitato la chiave.la camera,però,non era riordinata |

Near to Lime street station, Walker Art Gallery, St. George's Hall and World Museum which are all wonderful places. The Albert Docks with the Beatles Story, maritime Museum and eateries are about 15 minutes walk away, through the excellent shopping centre and there are also theatres and cinemas nearby so all in all it is a very convenient place to stay.The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant and Bar served excellent value meals. We were very pleasantly surprised at the whole ambience of the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. After reading some of the reviews on line we took the precaution of requesting a quiet room but as we were there for three nights at the beginning of the week and the weather was quite cool there was no noise from the outside bar. At weekends they have music until 2.00 am and also wedding receptions so it probably is noisy. |

The location was great. Shame the cooked breakfast wasn't a buffet. They need to install air conditioning asap. I was sick after leaving the hotel because it was so hot in the room (having a fan in the room didn't make any difference). Also they need to cook their scrambled eggs for a few more minutes! On arrival we asked if we needed a token for the car park and the receptionist said no, however, when we were leaving I had to walk back down to the hotel to collect a token to let us out of the car park! |
