The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was excellent in the morning unlike other hotels I have stayed at in the area. The Superior double room was very nice, the only draw back being the building site it backed onto (although this has nothing to do with the hotel) all in all I would reccomend this hotel to any body who is looking for a weekend stay in comfort. |

The staff were always happy to help and there was always some one available at the front desk....whatever time of day. A very clean hotel and handy for the town and sea front. We paid for a super delux room, while nice and roomy there was no bath and no balcony or terrace. After further reading I noticed only some of these rooms have them, slightly misreading. |

I booked for three nights and paid in full on booking in on the first day. However due to unforeseen circumstances(My Father taken seriously ill). We had to cut short our stay. I asked if I could be re imbursed for the last day / night. But the Staff were inconsiderate and showed no assistance at all. |

The staff were very friendly and I enjoyed the full English Breakfast very much. My only criticism would be that I found the Hotel too warm. |

The Hotel staff were very helpfull, particluarly the people on reception when we asked for a move to a better room (see negative comments) The breakfasts were excellent with plenty of choice for all tastes. The Executive room we had (room 37) was well equippped with jaccuzi and air bath and was very comfortable. For the 1st 2 nights stay we had a standard double room (No 48) which was very small and much too hot, even with a fan running full blast. The room was in serious need of redeccoration too! |

Unfussy third class business/short break hotel with good second class accommodation and excellent facilities for family breaks. Reservation staff were told that my wife was unable to manage stairs owing to a recent knee operation and promised a third floor room. This was not noted and on arrival we got a room which involved a steep 4 step flight which made things very difficult. So greater efficiency in office staff seems needed. |

Restaurant staff were fantatsic and accomodating as we had a young baby. Nothing was too much trouble and selection of food great. Pool was also great. Our room was not very good. The double bed had a large slope to one side and teh TV had a yellow screen. I did complain andthe receotion was didnt seem very happy said she would get someone to look at it but never did. We pad £180 for 2 nights my husband slept in the single bed as his back was bad form the 1st night. It would have been nice for someone to come back to us aftet the first night. |

Before booking I read all the reveiws so wasn't sure what to expect. Well it was great. the staff were fun, happy and helpful at all times. Our room had a balcony which over looked other hotels but was nice to sit out on. Room was lovely, bathroom was functional. It was relaxing and the free parking was excellent. |

I liked that it was quiet, the swimming pool and the steam bath etc was beautiful. The staff was ok aswell could be more warming. I did not like the beakfast I had a fry up and it was nasty the worst food I have ate. But apart from that the hotel was lovely and I would stay again. |

Great staff, service, spa facilites, breakfast and room cleanliness. Staff rating would have been 'excellent' were it not the response I got from the duty manager on the morning of the 2nd June re the fire alarm incident. I still do not believe that the building was covered by an operational alarm system between 6am and 6.35am. The hotel facilities still advertise an outdoor pool which has been filled in. Get the info updated! |

Still available at the last minute, really good breakfast included. Extremely noisy (loud dancing until very late), no air conditioning so necessary to keep the window open, tiny room, elevator constantly in use, |

friendly and helpful staff, close to beach and few restaurants but not as busy as city center, decent pool and leisure facilities, shortage in parking spaces was actively managed by staff (second row parking, call if phonecall once free spaces available..) no room safe and lack of space in hotel safe (had to leave my laptop in their offices against receipt), rooms are rather hot in sume |

The room was nice, bathroom good and up to date. Telly with more than one channel was a plus. Beds were nice and comfy, although expected one bed instead of two pushed together. The price of alcohol was a tad expensive. Couldnt find the pool easily enough, maybe needs more signs. |
