good service There were 3 errors: 1. We booked a twin bed room but were given a double room. 2. We were offered a comp copy of the Independent but did not get it. 3. We told reception that we did not want an alarm call but were given one - at 6.50 am! |

Everything - the staff was wonderful, the room good and location not bad. We'd stay again. Room service did not bring up any sauce or salt/pepper with my meal, however, was still very pleasant. |

Lovely relaxing break...efficient, friendly and very helpful staff. Lovely food, again excellent staff service. Really enjoyed using leisure facilities. Excellent location for Liverpool City Centre. |

excellent hotel lovely staff great facilities. yes no access to internet could not print off boarding cards anywhere for flights and the price quoted on the net for the room differed to the hotel price on arrival. |

The only minus point was that my room had a distinct smell of smoke about it (someone had been smoking in it) and for a non smoker that isnt a pleasant smell |

Freindly and helpful staff Our rooms over the main lounge,very noisy.The bathroom was in no way clean as the floors were very dirty and had not been mopped as the dfloors were covered in hairs.There was no soap on the sink and no shower gel etc in the shower.The toilet roll han,nt been changed and there was no extra rolls. |

Food and Friendly staff. Uncomfortably Hot Rooms and people using Disabled Parking bays without Blue Badges. In particular the Contractors working at the Hotel. I mentioned this when checking-out but Reception Staff did not appear overly concerned or offer me a Complaints Procedure. Based on the above I would be reluctant to recommend the Hotel or stay again. |
