Ideal location! It's proximity to beaches, Old City, bus deport, shops & restaurants has to be the best in Chania. Modern. Helpful, attentive, courteous staff. Rather slow lift but we used the stairs. |

Ideal location for seeing the old town and good proximity to the bus station for trips to Rethymnon and other places in West Crete. Breakfasts were poor. Luke warm tea, only hot milk for cereal and cheap orange squash instead of orange juice. |

The view out over Chania from terrace but absolutely nothing else regarding the hotel The hotel was in a very poor condition. The room was very run down, the furniture old and damaged. The room appeared to be very dusty. The ceramics in the bathroom were stained. The lighting was miserable and dull. The terrace was a flat roof which lead onto everyone elses flat roof which gave no privacy or security. The ground of the terrace was rough and unclean with 2 old plastic chairs. |

Friendly and efficient staff, very convenient central location. This was a return visit because of the staff and location. The room to the street was loud, hot from the sun. The AC made only noise but didn't cool or even ventilate. In the past I had a back room which was much better but it wasn't available. |

Meget imøtekommende og hyggelig betjening, som gjorde alt for at vi skulle trives. Vi bodde der 2 ganger i løpet av 3 uker. Meget personlig service. Fungerte godt nok for oss. |

Το ότι σε καμμία περίτπωση δεν με ενόχλησε το προσωπικό κατά τις ώρες που ξεκουραζόμουν. Θα ήθελα οι διακόσμηση των δωματίων να είναι πιο μοντέρνα και μινιμαλιστική. Παρόλα αυτά το δωμάτιο ήταν περιποιημένο και πάντα καθαρό. |
