There was a wet towel hanging on the inside doorknob of my bathroom when I came in the room

Hotel was close to everything. Did not have to walk too far to eat/do tourist things/shop. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed easy access to internet/laundry facilities/the free breakfast.

The room was quite small compared to other hotels we have stayed in around the world but still served it's purpose of somewhere to sleep at the end of the night.

Location of Evergreen hotel is very accessible to all kinds of transportation and very easy to take the bus to and from the airport. Very near to all shopping areas.

downtown, close to Nathan Road (commercial centre), close to subway and bus stop

you could smell the moisture at the rooms, the lenght of the beds is for children, the neighbourhood seemed to be a little bizzare but it is safe

My reservation was failed. But I could stay this hotel, because hotel had some vacancies. The staff members are kind.

I stayed in the room of 4F but elevator does not reach 4F. I went up to 3F by elevator and had to go up the stair in order to go to my room. The breakfast was not good.

the rooms are well kept, the hotel is accessible to the MTR, the free internet service was also helpful

The staffs are super nice, and the service they offered is very good. The hotel is well located -- closed to the main street and metro station.

I lived in a room where there is no window at all, so the air was not very fresh. I suggest that they should improve the ventilation system in such kind of rooms.
