No airs and graces, easy check in and check out. Located near an mtr staion makes it convenient I thought the wifi in the room would be free access but it wasn'T. It is a hassel signing up and paying online when you just need a few minutes to check your email |

Close to the mtr and to the ferry terminal. Fantastic view across the bay. It did not qualify for loyalty points as I had a deal on the internet. I had to pay for very expensive internet access. This should be part of any room just like hot water and lighting. I had to pay 10% service charge on everything even for self service breakfast! |

The views were spectacular - friendly & efficient service - ideally situated for MTR & a great community feeling in North Point area. The room was small but the ceilings were extremely high which prevented a feeling of being "squashed" - I would highly recommend this hotel - extremely good value by HK standards. Nice view of Victoria Harbor. Proximity to the MTR (only 20 m from North Point station). Reasonable price for Hong Kong Rooms are minimum (but correct) in size and equipment. Low bed quality. Internet in extra. 10% for services charged on the bill and should be included in the rate as you pay it anyway! |

The location is very convenience. It is 1 minute walking distance from the MTR (subway) station. There are so many good locations restaurants nearby. The view of the Victoria Harbor is quite nice The room is very very small. I cannot find any place to put my luggage. The TV is in a very uncomfortable location. The beds are only 2 feet wide. If you have small children, I do not recommend to stay in this hotel. |

I liked the location of Ibis North Point. It was in a fascinating part of town, but so close to the subway that it was easy to get around. The food at the restaurant was tasty. In addition, it was a very good deal. |

The view from the room is great. The room is small, the carpet is dirty, the bed is hard like sleep on a rock, the toilet is not clean as well, there are smoke smell although it is a none smoking floor. This is a 3 star hotel, but i feel it only worth less than 2 star after my stay in this hotel. |

It's a very basic hotel but well located. Some facilities in the room didn't work or was difficult to find how they worked due to lack of visible information at check-in (TV and phone sets) but problem was solved quick when roported. |

Great harbour view. Excellent location. Lots of local restaurants/supermarkets nearly. There is also a 24-hour McDonald. Airport shuttle is just across the street. MTR is within a minute! Extremely dirty carpet. Hard mattress and hurt our back. Too cold to sleep with a thin blanket even though we turned off the a/c. Small and old TV. Not recommend for people with children. The queen size bed is too small to fit a couple and a 5-year-old. Everything looks old and dirty. Did not sleep well at night because the bed is too hard. We checked out 3 days early and move to a different hotel |

near MTR -i had booked NON SMOKING ROOM, and the room that we got was with heavy smoke smell....even it's on the NON SMOKING floor. but the front desk just told us, it's not their fault, and not their responsiblity to control if the previous guest had smoked. |
