The room was big and clean and the staff are so polite and nice (for the receptionist I only contact with overseas trainee as I speak english and not cantonese or chinese; I also like the security personnel, they are polite) The location a bit far from the city center. but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel |

compete quality hotel... as many other hotels this one also does not offer free internet access. one minute 5 hkd is a heartbreaking price for me. |

Bus stops are right in front of the hotel, very convenient to move around in public transport. The pool and some lifts were closed due to upgrade ork in progress. So be aware that you maybe getting rooms close to renovation work if you happen to get super special deals. It maybe quite ok if you are out most of the time as renovation is done in day time only. |

as the hotel is under re-construction (or decoration?) now, there was noise every morning start from like 8-9am, even in Sat. |

Rooms are large and the value for money is ok. Convenient to have the bus to the airport just outside the entrance Location is not the best. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train. The hotel is in need of a general renovation |

Staff was responsive to our request to move room due to noise. Construction continues!!! Request room away from remodeling activity. Suggest you not book until 2009. |

Good location next to shops. The hotel is building 4 more floors. Builders are working for 9 hours / day creating a great deal of noise. I would not have booked had i know. |

everything about it especially the size of the rooms..it's not small and cramped the facilities in the room-the hairdryer was no good especially when you're in a hurry; the tv remote control doesn't work; the broadband connection in the room doesn't work; and your frontdesk people was no help |

The location. There were only 2 hotels in Shatin in Hong Kong, so either this one which was cheaper than the other (Royal Park) that was a more expensive. In general the hotel was fine, though old and the size for a superior room was reasonable for the price and square ft in Hong Kong. There was also a construction at the hotel and there was a limited numbers of elevators (since some elevators were closed) especially in the morning it was so crowded and the waiting time for an available elevator was quite long. |
