Gym facilities were very good. We were upgraded to a suite by a friend, but we thought that it was suprisingly poorly sound-proofed. We coud hear people walking around upstairs. When we moved a chair in the living room we noticed the shell of a peanut and a hair bobble underneath the chair, so obviously not everywhere cleaned to the same standard. |

the rooms were comfortable and quiet the staff were very unhelpful and I had to wait 3hours to check in wouldnt provide a breakfast of any kind when leaving at 5am |

Bar area was bland with no athmosphere similar to a Airport Bar .Possibly layout - Wedding fuction people had taken over Bar .A friend visited last year and was of the same opinion . I went into Sligo instead of staying in Hotel . |

Rooms extremely well laid out and good Corridors, long and dreary, and not everyone would feel safe walking such a huge distance from the eleveator through those corridors, they were errie. |

I could hear the people in the room next door talking and their TV as if I was in their room. The walls were extremely thin lined. |

Being in a suite - more space and facility to heat food, etc. Efficient Room Service, Use of pool and leisure facilities with very friendly, helpful, non-intrusive staff I found the room very warm at night and as our suite was over the hotel kitchens and maybe an air conditioning system (not sure) it was too noisy to open window and there was constantly a smell of food coming in our window when open. (Not really a complaint as other areas balanced out our enjoyment of the hotel stay. Also, I have stayed at hotel before in other rooms not located over the kitchen) |

Gym - although machines have not been cleaned. Spa was too busy to book a massage. Also the location of rooms is very confusing - up and down lifts etc. Would have liked internet connection in my room, restaurants very busy. |

Our room was not serviced. No towels or shampoos replaced. Room was far too warm, and we could not turn off radiator. Asked for this to be fixed for our second night but it wasn't. |

I was allocated a suite with extra large rooms - one of the best accommodations that I have ever been given in a hotel. No ice machine and room service refused to deliver same. The water was of very poor quality - basically it had a light brown colouration and I had to wash my teeth in bottled water. |
