Easy car parking, breakfast was good, lounge was pleasant Mould in bathroom, bathroom too small, no towel hooks, toilet did not fill and flush properly, shaving light did not work, heating not adequate, room was cold, no soap holder in shower, only one chair in a double room |

The place is very cheap and not far from Donnybrook/Ballsbridge. Good bus route on the road outside the b&b. The breakfast was poor. There was plenty of food but none of it was nice. TV in the room had very poor reception with only four channels. |

The room we were given was disgraceful, it was dirty, unkempt, badly cared for. The curtains were hanging on only 3 curtain hooks, the net curtains were filthy, the walls were only partly painted and were different colours, the wiring in the room left a lot to be desired and looked unsafe. The seating in the room was filthy, with paint splashed all over it, the window sill was filthy. |

Room was very comfortable and the staff were very helpfull, breakfast was very good and the internet access is a big bonus. It was a very comfortable staff and would highly recommend the lodge. The bathroom was very damp with black dampness patches all over the walls & ceiling. |

Free wi-fi and very close to UCD. The room we got was not en-suite even though it was listed so. We had to share a bathroom with another room down the hallway and it was very inconvenient. |

Nice old Victorian, reaonsably well located, price reasonable. Staff was of mixed quality, some very helpful, others not well trained or well organized. My son's room had a dirty shower. |

The website clearly said that we could check in by midnight when we turned up at half eleven, after calling to say our flight was delayed, it did seem to be a inconvenience for her, the she same to remind us what time we had to check out on the Tuesday at 10.30 and seemed to criticise us for wanting to have showers and we had to check out at 12! One and half hours away! |

Its location was perfect for attending a concert at the RDS, and also for drinks in Donnybrook afterwards. And the hotel was within walking distance of both. It was perfect. I did not like the fact that I booked the hotel through your website at 12.20 Thursday night and by Friday afternoon when I tried to cancel this I was told that we had already been charged. However when the hotel receptionist gave me my receipt the time on the transaction was 16.48, which was after I had tried to cancel. I understand 48 hr can policy but thus was within 12 hrs of booking. |

It was right on the City Center bus routes with a nearby stop. Also, was walking distance to the RDS, where we went for a concert. The staff were all exceptionally nice and helpful. They didn't even seem to mind the door bell ringing at 11:30pm with our take away order. The only thing we encountered was there was mildew on the walls in the en suite bathroom (high up on the walls & ceiling out of reach), but other than that, all was nice and clean. |

The breakfast was good, the staff were most pleasant. I was very disappointed in the bedroom, so old fashioned, dowdy with a very uncomfortable bed and mould on the ceiling in the en suite. The shower was tiny and mouldy. no upgrading has been done seemingly to the bedrooms since 2001. Disappointing. You will have noticed we decided not to stay on our last night as we would rather travel home early than spend another night there. |
