close to city centre. No parking ( additional €55 in parking lot). It was not made clear that breakfast was not included in price (additional €42) and we noticed this was the case with a number of residents. Lack of seating in foyer area. |

The food in the restaurant was not good. I ordered a chicken Takka masala - it definitely wasn't a tikka masala it was i kin of sweet and sour form a uncle ben's jar - not good. |

Location was particularly good. The airport bus stop was directly outside the hotel and the bus and rail stations are nearby. The shower hot water temperature was initially low and it took a couple of requests to get it resolved. |

When booking the rooms we asked for no smoking but when we arrived the rooms were absolutely stinking of smoke, one of our rooms had no hot water & when we phoned reception we were told they would boost it which didnt make a difference, the heat in the rooms was unbearable & made it very uncomfortable to sleep.....walls are paper thin & you could hear people talking in the rooms next door!!!! |

Everything. The staff were excellent and so helpful. Free car Parking!!They extended my checkout time by an hour free of charge to allow me use the room as an office before leaving for the airport. |
