Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms(ours at least) were very tidy, comfortable and modern. We didn't get a chance to check out the facilities available though. Lack of somewhere to go walking in the hotel grounds(especially after a full meal(which was gorgeous by the way)) but, we were there for a wedding and know cork and ballincollig quite well so never left the premises. |

The hotel is brandnew and luxurious. It's in a great location, Ballincollig is a pretty little village, offering loads of shopping. The hotel facilities are fab, the restaurant has lovely food and I loved the gym and pool. Unfortunately I did not manage to use the spa treatments. The beds are just the most comfortable ones ever. Staff was very helpful and friendly too. It is superb value for... |

Lovely room, excellent décor, fantastic bathroom. The minibar was empty and I like feather duvets better than blankets and sheets on my bed. |

Staff very helpful, but spa closed for 2 of the days we were there. Function rooms also very noisy and can be heard in all the bedrooms as we have a young child and were moved. |

It was near our home which suited us for a one night break on our own The room was dated Had stains on carpet and walls.Waited for 2 hours for missing kettle to be returned to our room and had to go to reception a second time for it .Floor in hotel bar was filthy as we were eating our meal. Noise from music in hotel was so loud that we could not hear our television. |
