Sheraton Fota Island Hotel and Spa

As my wife & I were in transit, we only stayed overnight & regret we did not have more time.Loved the tranquil atmosphere of lounge,Bar & Dining room.Enjoyed a quick swim in your beautiful pool.Will definately return for a few days to enjoy all your wonderful facilities including some golf !

As we were leaving our room at 12.05 to check out, we received a call to remind us of checkout time.While the lady was polite I feel it would be more tactful to delay such calls until 12.15.We always check out on time,but got a little delayed due to receiving a phone call--this action left a sour taste with us.

Very relaxing clean hotel and the food we ordered for room service was fabulour

Excellent hotel with top class service

Breakfast not up to some other hotels of this class. I prefer to have my hot breakfast freshly made and serviced to the table as opposed to the buffet style

Lovely pool, excellent gym, atmospheric bar, service levels of the check-in staff were superb recommending alternative restaurants for dinner, making the booking and then delivering driving instructions.

Fabulous hotel with very friendly and most helpful staff.

Our only complaint was that our 'booking.com' reservation could not be found on arrival. However as the hotel had rooms available we were eventually checked in.

First impressions of the hotel are very impressive. Facilitities are first class. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Bedrooms are a good size with quality finishes. Everything about the hotel says Quality and Class. Will return again

The staff were super efficient and friendly, nothing was too much for them. The hotel itself was super, the room was a standard room but was huge, which was great and a nice change. We had food in the bar the day after our stay and both the service and the food itself were superb. All round, definitely 5 star hotel.

The very friendly service given by all the staff and in particular Ellen Morrison and the most charming receptionist ( from the Phillipines with connections to Cobh)

The spa was very good

Electronic taps were really hard to use. They kept on switching off mid shower and at other times they did not switch off after repeated attempts. Nifty gadget that looks better than it works. Water also not really warm. Basins were'nt great as the water splashed out if it. I ended up getting more water on my clothes than on my hands!!!

Decor, and room very comfortable.

The pool was too small for the amount of use it got. Full constantly with kids.
