Que la tarifa incluia el parking privado dentro del hotel. Cuarto espacioso. A 350 mts. del bus que te lleva a Venezia y a 200 m. de la parada que te trae. Rapido salida a Autopistas. el baño mal armado, la ducha daba encima del inodoro,era incomodo y mas habiendo lugar para armar un buen box de ducha sin necesidad de estas incomodidades., luego del baño habia que secar todo solo con trapos de piso, sin secador u otro elemento. |

El trato del personal, muy atentos y dispuestos a guiar a los clientes en la visita a Venecia. Hay que mejorar los mobiliario,pero todo esta en perfecto estado. |

The young receptionist was kind and helpful. Close to busy roads. No views.Pictures do not reflect reality. Needs complete revamping. Walls are dirty, toilet and shower share the same space. Breakfast is poor. We booked 2 nights but stayed just one. |

The staff was very friendly. A room was clean, large and comfortable. The villa is located in very modest area. The city is specified in the address incorrectly(it was specified as Mestre instead of Marghera), it was necessary to inquire local population in order to find the hotel, because gps couldn't find it. Furniture in a room is old, the personnel almost does not speak in English. |

Location was convenient to go to Venice by bus. Staff was also very friendly and courteous. Parking was really secure as was fenced in. Room was small and supplies were not provided, so had to ask for them. |

Close proximity to railway station. Helpful Family run hotel who went out of their way to get us to the Airport when no Taxi available for our return flight. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in bedroom. No restaurant for evening meal in the hotel and not much choice in the surrounding area within easy walking distance. |

Staff was in general friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Some ants in the room; shower was not separated from the toilet; it took about an hour to reach Venice and we had some difficulties getting back later in the evening (buses were extremely full, we'd recommend others to take a train rather, though then there is a ca 10 min walk to the hotel) - all in all, looking back, we should have paid a little more and stayed in Venice. |
