This hotel is in the area of Castello and we found the location ideal. It was pretty central, walking distance from 2 vaperreto stops on either side and though only a 10-15 min walk from San Marco square, away from throngs of crowds and noise. The staff was very kind and extremely helpful. Not to say that it wasn't comfortable but in relation to the price we payed, our room was very small and the bathroom even smaller which based on the 100's of reveiws of various hotels that we read, is probably true of most hotels in venice. |

Excellent and convenient location - suites 406 and 407 have superb lagoon views. minimal bar/restaurant/lounge facilities. |

I was running in the Venice annual orienteering festival which started and finished almost at the hotel door, so it was very convenient and I'd consider staying there again next year! The staff were very helpful in organising a trip to the opera and keeping luggage after check out. Their english was excellent. Breakfast was basic, and the coffee undrinkable - the only problem point! |

La situation idéale pour visiter les sites de la biennale (Arsenale et Giardini).Le calme exceptionnel de l'hôtel la nuit. Le petit déjeuner sans pain frais est un peu limite. Un poste informatique avec internet à disposition des clients serait pratique. Par ailleurs, les téléphones portables ne captent pas dans les chambres (du moins dans la 105), il faut descendre dans le hall pour appeler c'est dommage, mais ça n'est pas imputable à l'hôtel. |
