Nothing too much trouble. All was excellent. No opportunity eat at thehotel other than breakfast. No teamaking facilities in room. |

The price included breakfast and the breakfast provided was excellent the decor of the hotel was nice and the room was comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided umbrellas which was essential My bedroom was a little small |

The staff are genuinely helpful, specially Andria (in the night shift)... location is good and very near to Piazza S. Mark. Besides, actually found no trouble to reach it in a rainy day, breakfast and services were well managed and the room was comfortable for me, the TV is multilingual (I found international Egyptian TV channels :D). |

The quiet location, the breakfast, the size of the room. In a 4 star hotel one should not have to pay extra to watch Champions League football on TV. This service should be provided in the price of the room. |

Hotel was clean and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location. Bar area had a bad smell. I had read about this before and can confirm. Rooms are small and lack space more than 1 large piece of luggage. |

After we finally found the hotel, it was very convenient to getting around the city. The breakfast selection was very limited. Our dinner recommendation was not up to what we expected - it was supposed to be great, and we found it smelly and not so great. |

The decoration was really nice and historical. The location wasn't the best, well it was close to two water bus stations, but still it was a bit difficult to get to the hotel at the beginning and with the luggage it was more difficult. No business center as this is a 4 star hotel it should have the facility. |

Room is small but attractively decorated. Location is good--near to sights, shopping, museums--but quiet; and able to be reached by water taxi. Air conditioning worked extremely well. Bathroom was nicely appointed but quite tight. Mini-bar checker tended to enter room in late afternoon after soft knocking which was took us by surprise several times when we were napping/bathing after sightseeing. I would definitely recommend hotel, however. |
