it was very near Venice and Mestre city centre. There was a big supermarket next to it.It had air conditioner and was clean. Internet service was horrible . |

Excellent hotel for them, who want to stay in near Venice area. Bus station is 20 mtrs from Hotel door. Bus goes to Venice and back every 20 minutes. Trip time - 7 minutes. Supermarket is next to Hotel door. Excellent staff support. ! AC unit is controlled from reception. (Need to call to reception and ask them to set up temperature - not a big deal) |

It was a great price for a great hotel. Breakfast included and the staff was really helpful. It's only 10 minutes from Venice and the bus is right outside the hotel. |

Cleanliness - Easy access to Venice The staff was stiff - WiFi internet was very poor difficult to check either emails. The view from the room was the toilet's pipes. Poor breakfast. |

The location is very good. It is very convenient from the railway station to the hotel and from the hotel to Venice center. The room is clean and quite. It would be better, if there is more fruit for breakfast. |

The hotel was an excellent value and well situated to Venice. Breakfast was not bad at all and having the bus stop right in front of the hotel made it easy to get back and forth to Venice. We had no complaints and would return again. As a bonus, they have ice machines, which are not common in Europe. |

Decent rate just outside of Venice. Bus stop is right in front of hotel that goes to Venice every 10 min for 1.20 euros each way. The location is in Mestre which is an ok place. I do not recommend walking out in the area after sunset as it's a little sketchy. It's fine during the day though. |

Good value for the money, you can take the bus to Venice just across the street and is close to the train station in Mestre (10 minutes walking) so it's a good place to stay if you don't want to spend too much money staying at the hotels inside Venice. |

Very good location to visit Venice. Clean and modern room. We reserved a triple room but first we received a double room with a very uncomfortable extra bed. Hotel staff was unfriendly and not helpful when we wanted to change the room. Big noise from the street.Quality of the breakfast was varying. |

Very convenient for visiting Venice; the bus stop is in front of the hotel and you can reach the city center in 10 minutes. The room is clean, comfortable and less expensive than a room in the old city. We had some problems with the tv set, but were solved by the staff. |
