The personnel was very kind and opened to answer questions and to offer the best possible advices and comfort. The A/C in the room was not working for the whole period. |

The staff was helpful in finding the major landmarks and spoke English quite well. The room was not spectacular but did have a balcony and a sizeable balcony. The front door was locked for a period of at least half an hour during the middle of the day with no warning or explanation, preventing me from getting to my room. |

Beautiful spacious room, an amazing picturesque ceiling. excellent change of clean fresh towels. Lovely and romantic breakfast room, bright tables decor, with excellent choice of juices, fresh fruits, bread, toasts, croissants etc. Tiny awkward wordrobe, bide` /bidet was clogged up despite having informed staff to deal with it, it only required some bleach to unblock it; constant leak of water from air conditioning unit despite being closed; no hotel guest information sheet available in the room with list of services.Very poor lighting in the room as using very low voltage bulbs. |

The few formalities that needed to be carried out performed in a friendly and efficient manner You could apply the plug in the sink in the bathroom, but the mechanism to remove it was broken, so you had to manually operate the mechanism under the sink to remove the plug |

We stayed there from 06.01 till 08.01.2009. The location of the hotel is pretty good - 10 minutes on foot from historical centre of Torino and 250-300 metres from Porto Nuova Station, but together with that the street where the hotel is located is quiet and safety. The bed is comfortable. Bedlinen and towels are nice and soft. The same breakfast every day - not wide range of meal and some food (for instance, bread) were not fresh. The hotel needs reconstraction very much - furniture is old and looks not pretty. No one english TV-channel, only italiano. |

Location: proximity to city center and to conference center. Breakfast was good. Second room I got was nice looking, quite and clean. First room that I was proposed was on 1st floor and had a window on a wall..Room was humid and smelly. I asked for an immediate change and got a room on 2nd floor with window giving on small patio and was much nicer. |

Easy access to the train station and to the city centre. We had a balcony with great street views. The immediate area surrounding the hotel may be a tad questionable but we never felt threatened at any point. It was interesting to watch the goings on outside late at night! |

This recently renovated hotel is situated in the heart of Turin, opposite the main railway station, Porta Nuova, and just two Metro stops from the Porta Susa railway station. |
With a prime city centre location by Piazza Vittorio Veneto, you need not travel far to begin exploring Turin's varied attractions. |
Built at the end of the 1800s in a Liberty style, this hotel rests in a quiet street in the city centre, just 200 metres away from the beautiful Parco Valentino. |
This hotel is positioned beside the new science and technology centre, Environment Park, just 2 kilometres from Piazza Castello (city centre). |
