Great breakfast! Very clean and provided more than expected--did not expect the kitchenette. The concierge spoke good English, but did not explain about taking our passports until we were alarmed about him keeping them, and then he told us he would give them back. Also it was difficult to find the hotel--there were no signs until I actually walked up to the door and even then it didn't say Hotel Guala, only Guala Resisdence. |

Nothing... First of all, this shouldn't be called a Hotel, and defenitely no 4 stars ... this is a residence where people can rent a room... Chinese were on our floor and they kept their door open, they were having some friends and they were very noisy... Also all place was full of food smell... Rooms are in very poor condition, walls are dirty, beds have been maybe used for over a century, etc... |

Local market and feel for Turin Hotel was fine and good value for money. It was more difficult to find and further from the centre of Turin than we had expected. We should have checked harder. There was nothing wrong in the hotel description. |

Clean, nice helpful staff, great value, breakfast included. Most hotels in Europe do not allow for more than 2 people in a room. This one does allow 4. Several resturants close by and the market was in the lot. Kitchen utinsels were not complete. Two forks, three spoons, one knife, one pan ect...... |

Hotel Guala is a good budget option, particularly for younger guests needing a cheaper base. Also suitable for families happy to share up to four in a room - but you do get what you pay for. When booking the room was offered as a Quadruple, but it was clearly a standard double with two put me up beds. This was fine for the two nights we were staying for, but otherwise it would have been too small. |

The location of the hotel is good, it is easy to reach the stadium and city centre. Room was good. Texture / materials of towels are strange, not comfortable to use. Breakfast as i said before. View of room was not the best. |

Very nice clean hotel with pleasant and helpful staff The lifts were small and didn't work to well. Watch out for parking restrictions outside on Tuesday and Thursday market day. There are notices in the hotel but they were not brought to our attention and we got a ticket |
