The staff were polite and always available. I found the room to be comfortable and clean, and the bathroom facilities were really very nice. |

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The buffet breakfast included in the price of the room was plentiful and nicely presented; cutlery, crockery and tablecloths were beautifully clean. In our room, the shower was fantastic, the bed big and comfortable and there was a safe which was easy to use. |

Standard of the room, localization of the hotel with respect to my purpose of the stay in the hotel. The number of non-italian TV programms could be greater. Although the amount of food at the breakfast was very good, I prefered to have more meat/ham food. |

very good location: bus stop next to the hotel door, airport bus stop pretty close, rooms well equipped, kind people at the reception, good breakfast no free wi-fi access to the Internet |

strano a dirsi, ma ho molto gradito l'ottima qualita' del caffe' espresso a colazione la mattina. ho notato una lacuna nelle indicazioni stradali per raggiungere l'hotel in macchina. |
