A bit small but luxurious rooms, nice hotel, very near to metro stop (Lotto fierra on Metro line 1 direction RHO fierra). no information available about the city tourist spots at reception desk. reception staff was also not keen to provide info about the city. |

We only stayed at this hotel for one night but we got a very good deal on the price of the room. The room was basic but had everything that we needed. It is located very close to the Metro stop 'Lotto' on the red line, when you come our of the Metro station the hotel is right in front of you. There is also a bus stop directly in front of the hotel for travel to other parts of Milan. Because the Metro is so near the hotel I think that it must run underneath it as we could hear it and feel a slight vibration in the room when it passed, but this is not really an issue. |

50 meters away to the underground. Free rental bikes! Great "best deal" price. Far out from the center. No air conditioning (it was 25 degrees outside and the room was even hotter) Apparently they don't turn on the air conditioner until the summer months. The shower didn't drain properly so we would stand in an inch deep of water while showering. |

Good rooms, good bathroom although it doesn't have bathtube, nice staff, just 50 meters from the metro. You have to take the metro to go to the city center. Some clients said they can hear the metro from their rooms, me I didnt hear anything. |

The room was clean and nicely decorated, the evening receptionist and the porter were truly kind and helpful and the location is pretty good. Requests made by us at the time of booking were kindly actioned by the Hotel. Roadworks early in the morning at the time of stay (mid March 2009) and a certain amount of noise from underground trains passing right under the property till past midnight. |

Nice spacious rooms, which were very clean. Hotel was only 50 meters or so from the subway station (Lotto) and in a nice Neighberhood. One minor remark: one could here the subway going underneath the hotel |

The location was fantastic. The hotel was right next to the Metro, and a quick skip into the centre from there. Great location for the San Siro also, can walk there in 15 minutes if you are going to a game. The rooms were comfy, clean, traditional decor, and had everything you needed - hairdryer etc. For a short stay, and the price, we were extremely happy with the hotel. It was a little noisy generally. The walls were a little thin, so we could hear people talking, and because of the location of our room, the front doors sliding open every few minutes.You can hear the metro, but it didn't stop us sleeping at all. |

Special price I got in booking.com Very unfriendly staff. Reception staff tried to sell navette to airport costing 80.00, after we discovered there was a bus for 4.50 just one block away, which they did not tell us. |

The great staff and the good location next to the Metro station. You could hear from one room to another. We were trying to sleep at 1 am and we could hear everything the guests next door were talking. |

The location is comfortable for Metro. The hotel staff, just some, they are somebody are nice and somebody doesn't have service mind. The hotel close automaticly for the air condition without notice the guest before check-in. |
