Cleanliness of the room. Staff were helpful and polite. Transport provided on opera nights to the arena. The coffee at breakfast was atrocious, especially as this IS Italy. |

Hotel San Pietro is a modern hotel with good facilities. It is in a quiet area about 2km from the old city. For younger people it is a reasonable walk if it is not too hot. There are no restaurants near the hotel so you have to go into the centre. |

Easy bus journey to city centre from outside hotel. Hotel run a good shuttle service to Arena during opera season. Good continental breakfast. Very helpful reception. Bar stock rather limited. |

Excellent directions for drivers coming from the motorway.Bedroom and bathroom were modern and spacious.. Very comfortable beds with classy bed linen and towels. Easy to relax. The interior of the hotel is modern and welcoming. The staff are delightful and speak several languages. The breakfast was very good indeed with a lot of variety. We liked the 'no smoking' policy that is in place throughout the hotel. We both felt 'at home' immediately at Hotel San Pietro. Excellent value for money. Not about the hotel itself. Some people might find the 30 minute walk to the centre of Verona a bit much, but the hotel runs an excellent shuttle service for 3 euros return per person and loan you bikes if you are feeling energetic! |

Hotel so far so good. Made reservation for two single rooms for me and a (female) business partner. Got a 2-room suite - without asking - realised it only when we already stayd to the room. Very difficult to explain, that I didn't make this kind of reservation myself and that I didn't want to sleep together. Never again. |

The hotel is absolutely wonderful, it is a brand new boutique hotel and the parking is free. There was a relatively high fee for internet usage, although it was available. The hotel is about a kilometer from the center of town so it was necessary to either take a bus or drive and pay very high parking fees in town. We took the bus which was very close to the hotel. |

Lovely hotel, comfortable and stylish.Very nice. Maybe a bit more warmth from the hotel staff would make it a bit nicer. Breakfast could have more variety. Cnetrally controlled temperature too warm. |

Clean and modern facilities. Buffet breakfast was good comparing to others The distance from the hotel to the main city and rail was enormous. Taxi is required when carrying luggage. |

New renovated. Quiet, even with heavy traffic. Unfriendly staff. Why? Out of center. |

The hotel room was renovated a couple of years ago, very comfortable except the shower Please think careful about the distance to the center!!! The walk to the city could be a pain for a lot of people. We did 2 trips to the city on foot and the last return was with shopping bags, couldn't catch a cab so we had to walk the 20 minutes with full hands... |

Modern, clean room. Hotel within easy reach of the town centre (short bus ride). Although next to a busy street, all windows are soundproof. Friendly staff. |

Rooms are nice and redecorated, tea/coffee facilities are there and that's not granted in Italy, helpful staff and lovely breakfast Not very central, you're still a good 20 mins. walk from the centre and it's high speed traffic road to walk along, but at least when events are on hotel offers shuttle to take you into town. |

We arrived at the Hotel after a very long days work and a long drive ontop and I was feeling totally exhausted and was not looking forward to the rush to change and making the dash into the centre for the areana, which would start in I hour. The Hotel reception picked up my exhaustion and just could't have been more understanding or helpful.. |

One of the girls at breakfast greeted you with the biggest smile and a friendly buon giorno every morning no matter how busy she was. Additionally, the hotel had shuttles set up to take you to the summer opera shows at the Arena in the evening. The front desk staff was quite helpful. I wanted to be closer to the old part of town, but the bus to get there was fairly convenient. |
