Staff was very nice, room were big and up to standard. Breakfast covered all the necessary. Internet is 10 euro/hour and the PC is slow and outdated. I opted for this hotel instead of one in the centre as it also promoted a good restaurant and I got to Vicenza at dinner time so did not have need to go sightseeing after dinner. |

Front desk staff were efficient & friendly. The fact that even when we gave 48 hours notice to cancel the last night of stay for 2 of the rooms (we stayed 3 nights altogether), we were told that rooms have to be charged. This inflexibility is a big deterrent as business travellers, we have to change our schedule sometimes to react to demands of the trip. I have never experienced anything like this in all my years of travels. |

Staff there when needed, friendly and co-operate, breakfasts were good with choice of fresh fruit as well as bread and always a bongiorno from the lady running the show at breakfast time. Lounge area was air conned and complimentary drinks on offer. Nice touch when you get back from pounding the streets!. Ride the buses into the city for 2 euros - better still with the Vincenza card. Avoid taxis. |

Das Hotel liegt für Autofahrer günstig an einer Ausfallstraße und doch nahe am Zentrum (zu Fuß 15 Minuten, Busstation in der Nähe des Hotels, Hotelparkplatz gratis); das Personal war erfreulich bemüht, jedwede Frage zu beantworten und Wünsche zu erfüllen; Zimmer und Frühstück entsprechen der Kategorie. Die Farbgebung in den Gängen (rosa) und der nächtliche Straßenstrich vor der Hoteleinfahrt. |

La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva... Oltre alla pulizia e cura posta alle strutture (le camere pulite e ben arredate), devo rimarcare la competenza, la disponibilità e la cordialità del personale. La posizione del hotel è abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro e la fiera. Lo consiglio a tutti e spero di ritornarci presto! Lo consiglio veramente a tutti |

La gentilezza del personale, la pulizia sia della stanza che di tutti i locali ed il profumo presente nelle toilette dell'aula corsi. Il fatto che nel 2009 ancora facciate pagare il collegamento internet a prezzi che sono illogici ovverosia che confrontati con i costi di una qualsiasi internet key, sono da strozzinaggio. Ho trovato hotel di pari livello (e prezzo) nei quali il collegamento è gratutito. |
