Nice clean hotel. Seemed newly remodeled, everything was very new. The room didn't have much decoration, but that didn't matter at all to us. The personnel was very nice, the location was good since it is a 15 minute walk (uphill though) to the historic area of Sienna and just a 5 minute bus ride that you can catch at the corner. Having free parking was a huge plus, since we had rented a car to do some driving around the Tuscan countryside and visiting the other smaller cities/towns during the day (I highly recommend doing this). The restaurant one block away is very good; the pastries of the breakfast the hotel are amazing! The pool and the pool area looked nice, but did not try it. |

Perfect for driving to Siena but far from the center for walking. The entrance of the hotel could be better. |

hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is away from the city center more than a half hour walk. However, buses drive very rarely. |

The staff was responsive to our requests and the location was convenient to nearby services such as restaurants and transportation. We were able to catch a bus right out front of this hotel to our next destination of Rome and we prurchased the tickets at the nearby Tobacci store. We were originally going to take the train and the bus was less expensive and so much more convenient. |

There is a lovely pool and pool area out the back. Our room overlooked this area. If staying there, request a room at the back (it is not as noisy and overlooks the pool). It also has free parking. Very nice hotel! Room was very nice but the bathroom appeared old and slightly mouldy compared to the rest of the hotel. Hotel is a fair walk out of Siena township, but there is a bus you can catch right outside the door. |

Best hotel in Italy for the money (relatively speaking or compared to other hotels in Italy!) They have a decent pool, but what they need to make this a few notches better is two things:1. Jaccuzi. And 2. Massage Therapists. |

the hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, the room fair. plus, it had its own (open space) parking.. personnel were very accomodating. breakfast was fair, well within the budget reasonable expectations it's a hike from the city centre. there are frequent bus rides, but if you're thinking of walking to the city centre, keep in mind it's quite an uphill. |

I liked the fact that it was only a 15 minute walk into town. The room was simple but clean, and the pool was a lovely relief at the end of a hot day. It overlooked a lovely vineyard. Every part of the hotel seemed to have been recently renovated. The hotel is on a busy street, but it really didn't bother us that much. |

This elegant, recently-restored bed and breakfast is located 1.5 km from the historical centre of Siena and was originally an ancient farmhouse. |
