The room was clean and in a good central but quiet part of the city I think it would have been helpful to have staff at reception throughout the day not just in the morning and afternoon |

central location. secure. full up on one night so i was transferred 6 floors below to the Elite- much superior . Hotel staff and manager friendly. My booking stated 16m M sq room plus balcony- it was just about 9M sq and no balcony.unable to serve breakfast day of departure prior to 8 am . Ryan leaves 10.30 and this inability to produce bfast the day many leave the island is universal. one of the 3 rooms next to motor for lift engine- so noisy it should be a storeroom. |

Location and freindly staff service. Great hotel rate. Parking in downtown Palermo is a real challenge and Hotel Parking is a few blocks away from the hotel. Location is difficult to find at first. |

excellent views from both our room and the breakfast room; staff was very helpful; quiet rooms; good location close to the Politeama theater where many city and intercity buses stop and not so far from the central train and bus stations; buffet breakfast was better than average for an Italian hotel of this price range although comfortable, the room was not as nice as the ones on the photos online, in particular the linoleum floor was unpleasant; the 15 min internet ticket guests are given is for a shop that closes quite early compared to others near-by |

Staff friendly, room large (single booked but had double bed), nice view, quiet, close to bus route and central tourist area, decor modern, room clean, breakfast simple self service continental, but included muesli and fruit. Don't expect traditional cappucino or fresh coffee -enjoy the view and relaxed atmosphere of the dining room and head to a local bar instead. |
