The front desk was very helpful in helping me resolve my issues with credit cards (my wallet had been stolen). Breakfast was okay, nothing stellar, but not bad either. Like all hotels in Italy we found, they do not provide conditioner in the bathrooms |

The Hotel was very luxurious. The female receptionist was unfriendly and made us feel like we were an inconvenience. The breakfast room waiter was also very unfriendly and we felt like we were not welcome. |

The staff were most welcoming and helpful. The room was ready early, it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. Lovely bathroom. Breakfast was good, lots of home made cakes and quiches.Fantastic location for main square. Hotel is just tucked behind it and near the port. Within a few minutes walk for bus and train station. No. We had a most enjoyable stay. |

I loved the location-could walk easily to train station, bus access to Amalfi and marina for Capri. Our room was beautiful with a view of Piazza Tasso and the Bay of Naples The breakfast was absolutely terrible!! there were only 3 rms occupied so after the first morning they offered breakfast in your rm which was worst than going down to the breakfast rm-the same quiches served cold on the first morning as well as the dried up rolls were served on our last day 4 DAYS LATER-pre packaged biscuits-no selection of cold-cuts |

Very much in centre of Sorrento. The quality of the interior decor and materials used ( marble, bathroom fittings etc.) The reception staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Some noise at night from adjoining buildings and alley way at front - but not a problem and not after about midnight. Rear rooms may have been better. We did not bother to complain. No tea making facilities in room. |

Nice central hotel. Very clean, and a good spacious room. Friendly staff. Overall a very nice place to stay in Sorrento and without the pretentiousness of some of the other hotels there. On occassion the breakfast was a little disappointing. |

The staff were wonderful, especially Pasquale, Jenefar, and Vittorio. I left my camera in a taxi on departure and Pasquale made a special effort to find the taxi driver and retrieve my camera. Jenefar helped with our destination information, and Vittorio catered to our special requests at breakfast. All made us feel very welcome. |

Good location and fair price. Excellent room, big with a small balcony. From the map it seems very near from the port (enough to walk from) but it's a very high hill, impossible to walk with luggage. I was disapointed with that situation. |
