Everything. No complaints at all. The staff were able to speak some english, they were really helpful and courteous. Rooms were nice and big. Ask for the sea view rooms. |

The atmosphere was amazing, and people were helping in getting to know any further information regarding the city, beside it was a safe environment to live in, and I'm looking further to visit it once more! No! |

The location was great, within easy walking distance to Palermo city centre ............... also the view from our room (a front room over looking the harbour) was brilliant although the other couple we were travelling with got a room at the back of the hotel which over looked what appeared to be a shanty town. It didn't bother them though as were in Palermo to see Palermo not to sit in the room. The breakfast selection could have been better, however it was a standard european mainland continental breakfast so "when in Palermo ......" etc. |

The 7th floor view - having a cup of coffee or drink The fact that the bar/restuarant was not open during the day for a cup of coffee or drink. The hotel was showing its age. |

The staff were very helpful. The restaurant was on the top floor overlooking the harbour, the meals were reasonably priced and you could also "ferry watch" rather than the usual "people watch". The view from the rear of the hotel was more like a 3rd world shanty town. We booked a room with a marina view but were given a room overlooking the above, which we subsequently changed. |

The staff were really friendly and helpful, they spoke the languages needed and could answer most questions - the view of the harbour was great I thought that the hotel could do with a cosmetic lift but then the price would have gone up so I would rather it stay the way it is than pay more for cosmetics |

Close to the bus and walking distance of tourist sites. Helpful hint: to use the elevator to go down, it will actually stop at your floor if you press the button to go up. If you press the down button, you will wait a long time for it and keep watching it pass by your floor. Could not use the phone for outside the hotel calls unless you asked the front desk to turn your phone on; even then sometimes it didn't turn on, nor did it stay on for long. Expensive to use the lobby pay phone even tho I used my 800# calling card (15 Euros for about 1 hr use). (I had to make lots of calls to airports and airline because my suitcase never arrived until the day I left!). |

My partner was ill during our stay and the recptionist was outstanding in ensuring that a Doctor was promptly called to attend her. The receptionist performed brillantly to help with the problem. I wasnt happy with the general standard of the Hotel. The room was poor and had a used condom under the bed, amongst other items. The standard of breakfast for such a large hotel was also poor. |

Hotel Garibaldi takes its name from Palermo’s famous theatre, located directly opposite. Modern and stylish, it is one of the only hotels in the city to offer free indoor parking. |
Savour a rich breakfast from the rooftop terrace of Hotel Porta Felice in central Palermo, where you will be near Foro Italico, the Botanical Gardens, and the seaside promenade. |
Located in a peaceful area between Palermo harbour and the Fiera del Mediterraneano, Astoria Palace Hotel, the citys biggest establishment, is an impressive structure offering a range of facilities. |
Centrally located in the heart of Palermo, the hotel offers easy access to the best that the city has to offer. |
