Great apartments in the city center. Just 10 minutes walk to the old town. Friendly and helpfull staff, beautiful garden, huge apartments with kitchenette, just nice place to stay. |

awesome location, right by the Pitti Palace...Breakfast was great...Rooms all had A/C......and parking was secure!... no disco balls in the room .......just kidding .................no the hotel was great, no discrepancies. |

Amount of space in the suite. Proximity to city centre. Less luxurious than information suggested. Only room for 3 cars in the car park with very difficult entrance. Limited self-catering facilities (no means of boiling water until a kettle was provided after 3 days).. Very difficult to find the site in the first place (no sign or other indication). Limited choice for breakfast in very small room. Lack of security (French doors would not lock securely). Overall, the establishment was rather run-down. |

Nous avons adoré la décoration de la suite ; tout en rayures verticales noires et blanches !! C'est une véritable suite spacieuse et très confortable.L'hôtel est très bien située dans la vieille ville pour une découverte à pied. Deux petits bémols; L'accès au parking avec la voiture (très étroit avec un angle de et un petit déjeuner qui n'est pas à la hauteur de la prestation de la suite... |

Eine sehr schöne Suite, sehr sauber und angenehm. Etwas außerhalb und ruhiger gelegen aber dicht zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig, einige Zimmer zur Straße sind evtl. nicht so ruhig. |

La situation géographique: 5 mn à pied du centre historique + et dans le désordre: parking dans l'hôtel + cadre de la cour intérieure + Décoration + amabilité et accueil + propreté Aucune tablette ni table dans la salle de bain, rien pour poser nos affaires!!! La kitchenette était minimaliste et très insuffisament équipée en vaisselle mais nous avions prévu une liste de restaurants.Notre chambre donnait sur la rue en rez de chaussée donc pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres le soir. Bruits de la rue. Mais d'autres chambres donnent sur l'intérieur....pour la prochainne fois. |

Sehr gediegen eingerichtete, sehr große Zimmer, sehr gute Lage im Zentrum (5 Gehminuten zum Palazzo Pitti) und leichte Erreichbarkeit von der Autobahn, Parkplatz im Garten (für nicht allzu große Autos, da die Einfahrt sehr schmal ist - VW Passat geht sich gerade noch aus), sehr entgegenkommendes Personal, alles ist blitzsauber Das Frühstück könnte etwas reichhaltiger sein. Der Frühstücksraum ist winzig. |
