Lovely large room with views of sunset over the Bay of Naples, adequate kitchenette and private balcony. Staff very accomodating of our 1-year old. Very pleasant grounds and smallish pool. A 20 minute walk down to town centre on a narrow sidewalk is not easily negotiated with small children. Many, many stairs. |

-Exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk. - nice pool -good breakfast - Although the hotel is perfect, the distance from center of town should have meant their rates were lower. Several neighboring hotels are much cheaper. -Very poor hairdryers - tiny soaps and shampoos. - we had a beautiful room and view, but discovered our balcony was shared with the next room. Would have preferred a private balcony. |

We found staff at the desk and in breakfast room very efficient and helpful. All the outside areas are beautifully maintained and it is a treat to have such a choice. e.g sun deck plus separate pool and outside sitting areas away from the pool. The microwave was far too high for me to reach and I think it was potentially dangerous to handle hot food from such a height and I had to stand on a chair to reach it, Also area around kitchen and table was not swept or washed on a daily basis. Also it was dangerous outside hotel because there was no pavement on the way to the bus stop, |

The hotel was very accessible to Sorrento and away from the noise of the main town. (20 mins slow paced walk) The road was not a problem for us as the traffic always slowed down and the pavement started around 50 yards from the hotel. The small kitchen was handy and well equipped for making a small meal. The pool was very clean and quiet with amazing views of Sorrento. No bar service in the evening but the staff at reception were more than happy to get drinks and add them to the room bill. Poor quality lunch menu when the bar was open. |

Views are wonderful. Small pool great. The only problem is that the hotel door opens onto a busy road, on a blind corner! There is no pavement. Bar opening hours very limited. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast - the food was good and the view from the outdoor terrace was outstanding. This hotel has a number of rooftop terraces that overlook Sorrento and are wonderful places to enjoy all day long - especially in the evening. We walked in and out of town with no problem. It is close to the road and, depending on where your room is, there may be some noise. With the windows closed, it's not bad. |

hotel staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, beautiful view of mount vesuvius from our bed! biggest room iv ever stayed in. pool wasnt open, staff said this was because of the weather, weather was beautiful and other hotels pools were open, but staff did offer to let us use those pools so not a big deal.. |

The view on the sea, friendliness of the staff. Room very noisy at night because it was on the side of a very circulated road. A bit far (20 minutes walk downhill) from the city centre and from the seaside. |

The location and view from the hotel, its pleasant staff and their willingness to help with directions, bookings and information. Not the hotels fault, but the problem of having to walk on the busy road till there was footpath to walk on. |

Location and fantastic view - easy 10 minutes walk to centre. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good value for money. Parking area exitedon to a blind bend. Room was clean but seemed a little dated. |

Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Very spacious room. Rooms on 1st & 2nd floor noisy due to location on very busy road The bedroom and bathroom floors were not washed at any time while I was there. When I seperated the beds there was plenty of fluff & papers underneath and the bathroom floor soap stains (I presume!) Which were there when I arrived were still there when I left. Breakfast is a non event - surely some friut would be an option. |

The View fromour room. Excellent air conditioning. Cleaned every day. Was disappointed that their was a busy road between the hotel and the bay. Very dangerous busy road. |

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Stunning Panorama over Bay. Good value for money. Buffet breakfast very limited. Road outside v. dangerous if one is not fleet of foot. Climb from centre (15 minutes) may be a problem to those not able footed. Some would find non dinner provision at Hotel awkward but plenty of eating places in centre. Hotel could make (genuine) restaurant recommendations |

Nice large room with balcony. Nice areas to sunbath. Great views. The last 20m walking on the road with no pavement up to the hotel on a busy road wasn't great. The pool was a little smaller than the pictures had depicted. |
