Great location, very close to all sites and shopping area The hotel was quite noisy, we had to buy ear plugs in order to get a good nights sleep as you could easily hear the people in the next room talking and the staff during the night and early in the morning |

The excellent services, the kindly hotel staff and the location of the hotel. In this hotel I ate the most delicious croissants and fruit tartas I ever had. |

An excellent central location to base yourself for all the sights in Rome, a small 10-room residence with a very personal service, only a 5- minute walk to the Spanish Steps, 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain, 15 minutes from the Pantheon and a relaxing 30-minute walk to the Colisseum or Vatican. One minor complaint was the noise - the room faced out onto the street and we discovered that Romans collect their waste and clean the streets every night and during the middle of the night. If you can live with this, everything else was perfect. |

Service: excellent; Breakfast: Excellent; Room service: Excellent; Reception: Excellent. The topographic situation - in the art of the pedestrian zone at the centre of the city is a great advantage.. The only problem is the insuficient acoustic isolation - between the rooms as well as between the rooms and the corridor. For those who are particularly sensitive to normal human noise, it may sometimes constitute a problem, |

the hotel is a small, private and very comfort residence. The location is just perfect, the very centre of the town. The service is very good: mini bar included, very clean, very intime, the stuff is there for you! I recomend to everyone! there is no elevator, so if you have a lot of bags it could be hard to take it to the second floor! |

Staff were very helpful and friendly,. Hotel is very central to all the main shopping and sights. It was a bit awkward getting the buggy up and down the steps |

The hotel is in an amazing location. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Could not have chosen a better place for my stay in Rome . . . it was the cherry on top of the whole trip |

Hotel staff was very welcoming. The hotel location is ideal for a few days visit of the city. We've booked a room for 4 persons and were disappointed to see that two beds were extra-beds. This was not what we were expecting from the hotel picture on booking.com. |

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to all the attractions which meant we did not have to take any public transport. Staff were extremely helpful and the hotel itself was lovely, very warm and welcoming. I would definately recommend it for a short break. Breakfast was also excellent and they eve provide cakes and drinks throughout the day.. The only small point was that the room and bathroom were quite small but I believe a lot of the hotels in Rome are like that, it didn't affect the enjoyment of our holiday. |

Location of hotel was in a nice area of Rome near to Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. Decor was nice and staff freindly. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of food. Fold out beds for our children were not very comfortable. Room was directly next to reception and we were woken every day by noise of people talking or printers operating. We did not complain as we felt it unlikely that an alternative quad room would be available. |

Location, location, location! "typical" Italian atmosphere, reasonable but limited breakfast, complimentary soft drinks in the room. Free internet access though WiFi was not working but we were told it is normally available. Very nice & helpful staff Basic facilities, No sound insulation where you can hear staff & clients in the corridors sometimes at very "unusual" hours...Tiny shower cubicle & we think we've got some of the bigger rooms |
