We liked the close proximity to the wall of the old city as it was only a 5 minute walk. We rented two bicycles from San Marco Holidays and thoroughly enjoyed riding through the narrow streets of Lucca. No problems with anything in the apartment, but we didn't use the A/C or the swimming pool. Asked for a balcony when booking room on website, so we were given a room overlooking pool. Owner's ability to speak English is fairly limited, but this wasn't much of a problem. We had problems getting a taxi after we checked out, so we had to walk to the train station. This wasn't the fault of San Marco Holidays, but it was a bit of an inconvenience for us. |

Good size room with full kitchen and living room area. Nice pool. Very friendly staff. Good parking lot. Highly recommended. A bit of a walk to the inside of the walls of the town, but doable. Need to walk or drive to a restaurant for breakfast. |

This is a small apartment block with 10 apartments. It has a small pool and area for relaxing beside the pool. The apartment itself was excellent for me and my wife and son. It was a good size, the cleanliness was excellent and was very modern. Staff were very helpful. |

Clean rooms with AC, kitchenette and all utensils, parking included. Free wi-fi works not only in room but everywhere (pool, roof deck). Small swimming pool very good for beating the heat. Reasonably close (10 minutes walking) to the old town. Reserved six weeks in advance, but got a dark ground floor room with no balcony or terrace -- owner said I should have specified balcony, and refused to change the room, though people arriving later got balcony rooms. If reserving, be sure to specify. Limited amenities within walking distance. |

Alles was fris en nieuw, moderne verrassende inrichting, zwembad erbij. Ook nog een keukentje erbij was handig met klein kind. Prima. Alles prima !! ps: (=geen klacht) alleen een opmerking dat het type gebouw ( grijs) en dan vooral van die Amerikaanse letter op 't gebouw, je geen eerste indruk geven die overeenkomt met je verwachting van de foto's op de site ( alleen die letters doen dat). Naar ons idee misleiden die letters van de hotelnaam en geven ze bij ons een ' mindere' eerste indruk. |

Hotel très propre et très design,bien situé dans la ville; mais le fait de ne pas avoir eu d'eau chaude dans notre appartement n'a pas dérangé la direction de l'hotel au moment du paiement de la chambre: bien peu commerçant...! Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant notre séjour ( 24h): le personnel de l'hotel ne nous a fait aucune remise malgré la fait que nous lui avons signalé au moment de payer; bien peu commerçant! |

Outre la gentillesse et la discrétion du personnel, nous avons adoré la déco des chambres, vitaminée et design, leur agencement ultra pratique mais aussi leur propreté... La piscine est également un énorme plus, sans compter que l'hôtel se situe à 5 minutes à peine de la plus célèbre des portes (San Jacopo) pour entrer dans la ville de Lucca (cachée derrière des remparts). |
