Il check-out (verso le 5 della matinata) a preso più di 25 minuti. La persona risponsabile non era in grado di manipolare corettamenmte il computer... Veramente dispiacevole visto che il prezzo era già fissato e che il nostro uso del mini bar era soltanto di acqua minerale (che finalmente sono stato offerte...) Un vero guaio visto che la mia compagna aveva un aerio da prendrere a MP verso le 6:30. |

Wonderful location. Arrive by train! Lovely piazza (almost finished restoration, June 2009). Walk everywhere but not right in Duomo crush. No wheelchair access to rooftop cafe (need a lift like La Rinascente). |

The hotel room was dreary and I was never comfortable in the room. The only thing this hotel has going for it is location. The staff we dealt with were accommodating, however. |

nothing much. The hotel was under-staff, the staff that was available were not very helpful, breakfast was almost nothing, bathrooms were very small, heaters were not working properly and not really convenient for those arriving by train. |

The hotel was excellent and the location superb. Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort. The room was very nice and continental breakfast fresh and good. |

The hotel was brilliantly located for those arriving by car. It was elegant and comfortable. The reception staff were extremely helpful. Although we had requested parking via you in at the time of making the booking, we did experience some initial diffiiculty in getting the hotel staff to accept this. The difficulty was quite quickly overcome. This is not a complaint. |
