la disponibilità dello staff (mi hanno offerto pure un the visto che stavo male...). Camera pulita, spaziosa, ristrutturata di recente e ben arredata.Molto vicino al centro e situato nella zona "nuova" della città. Tra i più economici con un buon servizio (ma senza colazione) ascensore piccolo, vecchio e pericolante...poche indicazioni dell'hotel.regolazione della temperatura non automatica in ogni camera. Molto rumoroso e sulla strada a elevato scorrimento.bagno nuovo, ma cieco . |

l'hotel è molto buono per la vicinanza al centro. La camera si affacciava su un grande cavedio interno e pertanto risultata molto silenziosa La mancanza di saracinesche sullae finestre: nonostante i tendoni alla finestra (tipici in tutti gli hotel) al mattino filtrava un po' di luce e a me personalmente dava fastidio |

Ottima cortesia e disponibilità,vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria Brignole raggiungibile a piedi attraverso la via pedonale in pochi minuti,collocazione centrale,pulizia e tranquillità delle camere,sontuosa prima colazione |

Only stayed one night. Conveniently located in center city. An excellent staff. They recommended an excellent non-touristy restaurant, and a great help in figuring out the bus routes. Reasonable rates for clean comfortable rooms. Would have been happy to stay several more days. Significant street noise, but not enough to disturb sleep. |

The hotel itself was quiet, with no noise from other guests at night. The hotel is on a busy road, so despite being on the fourth floor, there was quite a bit of road noise at night. |

The cleanliness of the hotel, and helpful nature of the staff were great, and breakfast was well done. It was also easy to find, and a reasonable distance from the train station. The price seemed far to expensive for the region, but still seemed to be relatively inexpensive for Genoa. But the only thing we really took issue with was the loud banging in the pipes around the room early in the morning. This noise really interfered with our sleep, and detrimentally affected our stay. |

The service was friendly, location is fine, well impressed by the size of the bathroom. Everything was clean and they also served decent breakfast. Overall excellent value for money. |

The room was spacious and nice, the bathroom was good as well. The weather was hot and it was great to have airconditioning! The location was great, near the trainstation and the sites. We enjoyed our stay here! The lift was small, it was difficult to fit in with 2 persons and 2 small suitcases. |

The elevator was really old and really cool. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The worst, though, was the fact that the hotel staff turned the Air Conditioning off before they left for the night and only turned it on the next morning on the second night of our stay. It was still 30C out at midnight. Needless to say I woke up in a pool of my own sweat. It makes no sense to turn the AC off during the main hours guests use the hotel. |

We were only at Soana one night but we found the staff to be very helpful and the room was excellent, well above the two star rating. We used trip advisor to select and the reviews were very accurate. The bed was pretty hard but I didn't mind it. |
