Everything, from the moment we crossed the threshhold until we paid and sadly departed! We had only booked an overnight stay but would definitely return and recommend the hotel to family and friends. |

I was not very pleased with our room. It was farther away from the city center than I was let on to believe. The hotel and surrounding areas where not up kept to give a hotel feeling. |

i was very satisfied, hotel is in middle of way between pisa, cinque tere and florence. ideal , quiet. pool is empty and outside relax next to pool is not open till june, no mentioned online |

The hotel is situated very near to Lucca, in a beautiful and quiet setting. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. There is a lot of space in and around the hotel. The staff is willing to do something extra for you, especially the reception is very professional! Unfortunately, this hotel isn't very lively! In the morning it is rather busy when people are having breakfast. We wouldn't recommand to eat in the restaurant, we are very sorry to say so! It didn't meet the standards of what you expect in a four star hotel! |
