First and really important is that the broadband connection wasn’t working almost 3 days and the stuff wasn’t helpful at all. The hotel restaurant had really low quality foods except salmon salad and was really expensive. |

The ambiance of the Grand Hotel is captivating. Some staff were accomodating and helpful The staff struggled to meet traveller's needs. I emailed several weeks ahead of the trip to ask how to best obtain tickets for a museum visit and they never responded directly. When asked by phone to help provide information how to secure the tickets, one of the staff members blurted out they did not receive my email. This admission was made before I even inquired about the status of my email. |

We liked the room, the interior, the hotel in generel - very nice staff...We will no doubt be back twice a year, when we go on the shoe fair Micam..... Maybe the fact that the shuttle to the Micam Fair was too expensive.... But if you tried to gather more micam customers, then the shuttle could be done at a better price ;o) |

I was glad the hotel could accomodate a second night request. The front desk staff was very helpful in helping me contact my rental car agency when my car was broken into and made extra copies of my police report for no charge. With my passenger window broken out, I needed to park indoors one night and they did not charfge me for this. |

Excellent room and bathroom, polite and helpful staff and secure car parking. It's a little expensive, but you do get what you pay for. |

E' bello come struttura, ha tutti i servizi che cercavo, è immerso nel verde, quindi rilassante, ottimi tutti i servizi e la pulizia, è comodo per accedere al centro di Milano. |

Mooi stijlvol hotel, dat hadden we niet verwacht zo aan de rand van de stad. Prachtig luxe kamer. Misschien ligt het net even te ver van het centrum. Is wel makkelijk te bereiken met het ov maar de halte was niet zo'n prettige plek. |

Un'atmosfera davvero molto gradevole, creata dagli ambienti di questo palazzo principesco, che contribuisce in maniera determinante alla piacevolezza del soggiorno in questa struttura Mi hanno assegnato una camera non corrispondente allo standard da me prenotato, ma al momento del pagamento poi hanno riconosciuto l'errore ed hanno rettificato il conto |

Es waren für ein Vierstern-Hotel keine deutschen TV Programme zu empfangen (ausser ein Sender mit sehr schlechter Bildqualität). Man konnte einen Film "kaufen" doch zu einem sehr hohen Preis und der Receiver funktionierte nicht. |
