The location of the hotel is very good, with excellent bus connection to Venice. Angelo gave us very useful recommendations. We were not very happy about the breakfasts - only sweet and every day the same. |

Truly lovely and beautiful hotel in a perfect location - an easy busride in to Venice but you sleep away from the tourist traps. Run by a lovely man who seems to be a real perfectionist. By far the best value for money we ever experienced - much more luxurious than we were expecting. Fantastic big fresh pastries for breakfast. |

The room is nice, quiet and clean. I choose this place because it's close to the bus stop No.4,4/,12,12/ which take me directly to Venice ~15min. Compared to the hotel price inside Venice, this is convenient and cheap. The hotel owner is also friendly. The hotel is very very difficult to find. And it also didn't mention on booking.com how to get there by bus from mestre train station. The breakfast is also very basic. |

Service was excellent. Angelo is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well furnished and renovated. If you come to visit Venice by car, this is a perfect place to stay. You can park your car at the hotel, and visit Venice by Bus (Bus stop is only 100 m from the hotel). |

The hotel was located in safe neighborhood and close to bus stop (cost 1.1 euro) which took us directly to ferry(6.50 euro) into Venice. The hotel room for 3 was well decorated and ample in size with nice private bath. Continental breakfast ( included in price ) was good. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. |

It is situated no more than 5 mins walk from the bus stop that takes you direct into Venice. It is only a 10mins bus ride to Venice. The owner is fantastic very helpful and welcoming I really enjoyed my stay there and the rooms are very nicely decorated. |

Parking space.A bus station to Venice nearby (15 min. drive to Venice).Close to the center of Mestre. No 24 hours reception.The owner tends to disappear.After 8:30pm you can't receive phone calls to your room.Poor breakfast.The owner didn't ask for any reservation papers nor passport to validate our identity.No elevator.Really really small bathroom.No windows' nets to protect from mosquitoes. |

Everything was superb. Marrismo is the perfect Italian host on call 24hrs. Bus 12 to Venice is a snap, almost from the door. Make sure you note the bus stop name for your return. Skip Venice Friday morning and visit the Mestre Market day. ACTV 24/36/48/72hr bus/ferry tickets from the Tabbac opposite the Poste in Mestre.Buy here b4 you ride :) Nothing. A place with a bit of space and quiet in a hectic but fascinating part of the world. |
