Pretty close proximity to Sultan Ismail station. Not very clean. And it's not nonsmoking hotel so only two top floors are absolutely "smoke free". |

The staff were very accommodating and helpful to our needs The entrance is not on a main street. The alleys to it were dark and not inviting. |

Very Dirty,Very small room,Too many lies in respect of facilities mentioned in site,rude staff, very old,Size of room mentioned 25 sqm but really 5 sqm, bad behavior,we were not able to sleep, we changed it first day early morning and shifted to another hotel.Not fruit, Not clean bed and bedsheets,lie about facilities, no internet in rom and totally all incorrect details supplied to us. Not good to use. Very expensive considering to its facilities. It is zero star motel not hotel. |

The hotel was Generally very clean The staff were rude and majority unhelpful. The club lounge is rubbish without there ever being any snacks in there etc. Now and again there were a few stale sandwiches that the attendant could not tell you what was in them!! The internet in the Club lounge is ok only 2 computers but the Wi Fi in the rooms is ultra slow.... never got above low on the connection. |

I've booked 3 rooms for a family of six. To my surprise one of the room was upgraded to a bigger one! Breakfast was good but it could be better the egg counter can prepare half boiled as most Singaporean prefer !!! Add up the pillow please ! |
