la cordialita dello staff e l'internazionalita. Buona colazione e ubicato in una posizione tranquilla e residenziale. il bagno era troppo piccolo e mal tenuto. La moquette nella stanza era usurata. Vari disservizi come la finestra rotta |

Located very close from the tram station to the central station and the city centre in a typical Amsterdam house ( be aware of the very narrow and steep stairs of such houses !) Breakfast room too small and often overcrowded |

The staff was quite friendly. The breakfast was OK, although not excellent. The rooms were small, but they did have basic facilities. I think this was an OK place, if you're not looking for luxus and if you don't mind travelling a little from the city centrum. (The tram stop is almost at the front door.) My experiences from the hotels in the centrum are much worse than this! The stairs were hard to climb, but I know there isn't much you can do about it. Also, when I left and wanted to leave my luggage in the hotel until the evening, I had to pay 6 euros - usually, hotels don't charge for this kind of service! |

close to tram spot to get to city centre,quiet area, not sutable for children. could have done with a larger toaster in breakfast room , had to wait a long time to make your own toast. |

NOTHING.... oh yeah.. they called for a taxi which was the only thing that was prompt & of good service. If u have more than a handbag please dont go there! the stairs are way too narrow & steep & the hotel receptionists (any of the three men on duty) are the most unhelpful & unwelcoming. The only plus point was the lady who serves breakfast..very helpful with info too. Breakfast poor.They charge for everythign. |

The hotel is really charming, in a typical building: abrupt staircase, little backyard,... The room is rather comfortable, functional and clean (except the carpet) The gourmands won't be satisfied by the breakfast, the buffet proposed is rather limited. Internet is only accessible via lan and with your own computer, and it's obviously not included in the rent. You are obliged to let 20euro in guarantee for the specific keys, so you'd better have them with you for check-in. |

The location was convenient with easy access to the city centre and museums via the tram. The room was quite shabby and needs renovation. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress did not have enough support. The room was in an annex, and it was necessary to go outside to get to the breakfast room. The staircase to the room had a terrible smell, and the staircase was murderous; very steep and narrow, and extremely difficult to carry a suitcase. The bedside lights did not work properly |

Location was great for where I needed to be. On a tram line to the city centre Room far too hot because of hot water pipes running the height of the room. The only cooling option was opening the window and the noise from the road was incredible and incessant. |
