Estaba cerca del centro, limpieza y habitación espaciosa. En la habitación había una sensación de humedad. El colchón de la cama era blandísimo y las sábanas cortas. |

La amplitud de la habitación y el cuarto de baño que estaba totalmente renovado. Hotel tranquilo y situado a 20 minutos andando del centro del casco antiguo. Es un hotel aconsejable y más en función de su precio. El colchón era muy fino y la sabana demasiado pequeña para las dimensiones del colchon. |

Appartment was roomy and light. Close to bus to town. Parking available Bedding not very good. Furniture adequate but worn. Just bare essentials. A kettle was provided but no cups |

My apartment had a really nice view, top floor, two bedrooms, excellent value for money. Girl from reception was nice, and helpful. Short walk from Galereia Krakowska, over the bridge. Would definitely come back again There was noone at the recpetion, when I needed, but, I guess thats too much to expect from Apartment Hotel |

very nice and a comfortable place, quiet and cosy the Internet connection - it would be great to have wireless, there was cold water in the shower during the day (but not in the mornings and evenings) |

The service from the two women working there was great, they were very helpful and always with a smile. The kitchenette area of the room could do better, it needs some refurbishment. |

Location was good. Large room with stove and fridge. Walking distance to city. WiFi was good. Apartment security and car parking was excellent. Difficult to locate. Proper bedding was not supplied. Ineffective thin doona, no sheets, small pillow. Spare pillow had no cover. Limited cooking and eating utensils, one glass, no cups but there was a kettle. |

Breakfast (delivered to room exactly at time requested) was excellent and varied day to day. Girl who worked there very friendly and helpful.Large, clean room in quiet street. Airport pick-up was pre-arranged but didn't materialise. Management didn't allow our bags to be stored after checkout. Not really within walking distance of city centre. |

The mattress needed replacing and there were no curtains on the windows. Also the pillow was too soft and needed replacing. I found the hotel a little hard to find as it only had a small sign on the door. |
