Le personnel très efficace et très erviable. L'ambience palace Les finition des travaux dans les chambres, très plonaises. Le ménage parfois fait un peu vite. |

Tout excepté la climatisation bloquée sur le stade frigidaire, malgré une gentille tentative d'intervention infructueuse d'un technicien. En raison des travaux, accès quasi-impossible et aucune information ni aucun geste pour les frais de parking. |

This was a top-class luxury hotel with the feeling of old world character. Perfect beachside location. Great for walks. Breakfast was expensive, but there are plenty of local cheaper options. |

The room was excellent with two mbathrooms and a sitting room,loved the bose radio. Stayed a second night but room did not have same facilities and was more expensive. |

The position of the hotel was ideal and the leisure facilities great. We hired bikes from the hotel to cycle to Gdansk and Gydinia and would highly recommend this to anyone stating at the Grand Hotel. |
