All-in-all a very decent hotel, the personal is very good and the room were also very nice and clean. Maybe just the location of the hotel is not the best, being not a top neighbourhood - but the metro is easy reachable. |

The hotel was very clean, room was comfortable with all amenities, toiletries, drinks, i.e. coffee, tea, water. Lighting and air conditioning was very good. The use internet services was very convenient. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel and the services I got. One suggestion is for breakfast, I think a change of the meat, i.e. ham, bologna, whatever should be made instead of the same thing all the time. This is a small thing but a suggestion. After looking through this survey form, I think you should add a 'comment' box to give the client a change to comment on their answers to your questions if needed. |

Very friendly staff and clean hotel. Everything worked fine, enjoyed it. Had my doubts beforehand, but it appeared to be great value for money. Nothing to complain about. |

The hotel was pretty central. The room had an huge lcd and wireless was available in the room. Room very confortable. The room had a very little window. Breakfast was poor, with little offer. |

Was upgraded to a room with a window. Room was modern, clean, large, with comfortable kingsize bed, big screen TV, and in-room safe for valuables. Front desk staff very friendly and can speak English. Good breakfast with a mix of western and asian foods, and newspapers in English, Chinese and Japanese to read. Bathroom also a good size, very clean with good water pressure and drainage. |

The hotel is in the city close to resaurants and shopping. The room has got everything is is very very neat and clean. The staff were extremely fiendly, courteous and helpful. I did not like the breakfast there. They only serve oriental breakfast. No cheese, western or sugar-free options are available. |

Staff were extremely helpful, the comfort, coolness and quietness of my room were exceptional and internet access was free Breakfast orange juice was watery - a very minor complaint! |

The location was excellent. The hotel staff are helpful, the room was very clean. My wife believed that we made a right decision to choose this hotel while we were in Taipei. I do not have any negetive comments for this hotel |

Staff was very helpful and friendly The sunlight coming in through the 2 top side window was very glaring and would wake us up very early and we could not sleep in later! The breakfast was horrible as it was the same food everyday and there was no other variaties! |

Friendly/ helpful staffs. Cleanliness, quiet and comfort room. Price reasonable although a little bit far from MTR or Taipei station. Full of magazines in the coffee house, love the place much. My great impression of staying this hotel. Of course, my first choice to stay back this hotel when i am back to Taipei again. |

Courteous and helpful staff. Very nice and clean room and bathroom. Breakfast is great and have many magazines to read in the dining area. Free internet services provided. Location a bit far from Metro, but still at walkable distance, about 10-15min walk. |
