The general manager was very nice and refunded my first night stay after I left due to a bug situation and rude front desk attendant. Bugs in room, clogged toilet, rude front desk staff, strong gas smell early in the morning, which may have been caused by the building next door that was under construction |

Please write at least 15 words. The hotel is in a very convenient location to beach, restaurants and shopping. Nice lobby. This was our 3rd time staying @ this hotel. First two times (paid full price) we had very nice experience. This time, hotel did not appear to be fulll, yet we were clearly given one of the smallest, darkest rooms.. |

The staff of the hotel was very friendly, offering us several free passes to night clubs and beach clubs and always available to give us information. Besides, the hotel has a very good location, close to the beach, shops, and night life. A free wifi access is also enjoyable in the lobby. Services were limited to the strict minimum: no restaurant, breakfast only until 9.30am (not included in the room price), bar almost always closed... Besides, the pictures does not correspond to the real entrance of the hotel. |

Excellent restaurant (Spiga) attached to the hotel; great location near the beach Did not have our reservation on file when we arrived and tried to put us at a hotel next door until I complained to a manager; then they suddenly had a room available for us |

The hotel was beautiful and cozy and in the perfect location. The staff was incredible, so friendly and welcoming and very helpful when it came to recommendations. Roz is amazing!!!!! We arrived about 5 hours prior to check in and due to room availability we were able to check in immediately, thank you so much for that!! They were also fabulous about a late check out allowing for one last shower! Definitely not a dislike, but a suggestion...please install a mirror in the bedroom. That way when one guest is in the washroom the other can also be getting ready with greater ease! A mini fridge would also be beneficial. |

Bathroom and traditional mexican furniture in room. Exellent Italian restaurant next door. Location, one block from ocean drive. Selected as alternative to hotel near to airport for overnight stay prior to flying back next day because the combined price of hotel $99 and taxi fare $33.50 (one way) compared favourably with airport hotels. Plus we had the beach and no aircraft noise! lack of elevator to first floor |

Schone kamers, attent personeel, centrale ligging in South Beach, uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding Recent is hotel La Flora in hetzelfde gebouw opgekocht door de eigenaar(s) van Impala en toegevoegd/gekoppeld aan Impala. Het is nu 1 hotel met 1 balie. De meest kamers van La Flora zijn king size suites, perfect qua inrichting, echter deze liggen grotendeels aan een drukke weg(geluidshinder). Wij zijn daarom van kamer gewisseld (dit was geen enkel probleem). |

sehr gute Lage und gute öffentliche Parkmöglichkeiten (ca $20 pro Tag). Die Spätschicht war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. trotz bestätigtem kostenfreien late check out für 16Uhr gab es am Abreisetag Diskusionen mit der Frühschicht und wir durften dann nach langem hin und her bis 15Uhr bleiben. Kein Safe & Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Das Hotel ist mit einem anderen Hotel verbunden, wo sich auch die Rezeption befindet was man auf dem ersten Blick nicht sieht. Es hatte leider nicht den erwarteten 4 Sterne Standard. |

La disponibilité du personnel, le design, la situation géographique non loin de la plage, des magasins, des restaurants. Les rideaux de notre chambre etaient légèrement sales mais le séjour était plaisant. J'y reviendrai c'est sur. |

Ligging is goed vlakbij de winkelstraten in South Beach. Naast hotel is een goed itliaans restaurant. Hotel is absoluut geen 4 sterren waard. Slechte bedden en geen swimming pool bij het hotel. Bijna geen personeel gezien. |
