Grounds and buildings well kept, pool area very nice, friendly staff, good hotel if you want a base from which to explore Andorra. Food (stayed half board), breakfast was good, usual buffet style, dinner quality and choice could be much better, also no food available between breakfast and diner, (10am to 8pm), and distance to nearest outside bar/restaurant approx. 1 mile, no bar area as such, bar is in restaurant and not always manned so does not work as a conventional hotel bar, also closes at 11.30pm. Not enough parking spaces for size of hotel. In summary, if you like to have breakfast, leave the hotel all day, return for average quality eve. meal and head for bed this hotel will suit you, if looking for a hotel to relax around the pool with a waiter serving your food & drink requirements and any kind of night life, look elsewhere. |

Excellent room, comfortable bed, nice shower, quiet area. We were upgraded to a suite although we booked for a double. Bar/restaurant personnel do not speak English. Restaurant is extremely pricey for the food they offer. Cappuccino was really horrible. We did not bother about breakfast then. |

The staff were extreamly helpfull, the food and resturant service was excellent. the room layout is perfect or famillies.All round very good The selection process on the website is a little misleading, with no where to check costs of children or additional guests We had to pay an unexpected suppliment at the hotel, the web site should have catered for this. |

Cercano a las estaciones de esquí y a los principales ejes comerciales Tener que avisar con antelación si quieres ir a cenar. Las opciones de la cena están limitadas al menú. No hay carta. |

Me ha gustado todo!! La hubicación lejos del ajetreo de la ciudad pero muy bien situado y en un entorno chulísimo, muy bien atendidos pedimos habitación chula y nos dieron una abuhardillada con unas vistas impresionantes a la montaña, super recomendable, tanto la calidad del hotel como su gastronomia y muy importante su precio en booking!! Que no tenga tiempo para escaparme mas dias para disfrutar de Andorra y del Hotel!! |

En general el hotel es fantástico, se aparca bien, las zonas comunes estan bien, el desayuno y el servicio en general. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy espaciosas. Las habitaciones son un poco frías, son grandes y un solo radiador no es suficiente. Por otro lado la parte hotel se ve que se queda bastante anticuada y envejecida, el ascensor... los baños.... hoy en día las cortinas de baño no deberían permitirse, no son higiénicas.... |

Se trata de un hotel tranquilo, alejado del bullicio, con unas vistas excelentes sobre el valle. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las camas comodas. El desayuno es correcto aunque un poco justo. |
