Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Bergtouren. Gutes Frühstückbuffet. Saubere Anlage. Schöne Außenanlage. Mitarbeiter sehr unpersönlich. Keine Sauna. Abendessen für die Qualität zu teuer. |

sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service, moderne Ausstattung, sehr sauber, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet obwohl etwas abseits der Hauptstraße gelegen ist der Verkehrslärm störend (Geht wohl in Andorra kaum anders :-), Restaurant/Bar eher unterdurchschnittlich (Personal und Qualität) im Vergleich zum Gesamteindruck |

Die Lage des Hotels war schön, da es mitten in den Bergen von Andorra war. Es war schade, dass das Hotelpersonal nicht so gut englisch konnte. |

Grounds and buildings well kept, pool area very nice, friendly staff, good hotel if you want a base from which to explore Andorra. Food (stayed half board), breakfast was good, usual buffet style, dinner quality and choice could be much better, also no food available between breakfast and diner, (10am to 8pm), and distance to nearest outside bar/restaurant approx. 1 mile, no bar area as such, bar is in restaurant and not always manned so does not work as a conventional hotel bar, also closes at 11.30pm. Not enough parking spaces for size of hotel. In summary, if you like to have breakfast, leave the hotel all day, return for average quality eve. meal and head for bed this hotel will suit you, if looking for a hotel to relax around the pool with a waiter serving your food & drink requirements and any kind of night life, look elsewhere. |

Excellent room, comfortable bed, nice shower, quiet area. We were upgraded to a suite although we booked for a double. Bar/restaurant personnel do not speak English. Restaurant is extremely pricey for the food they offer. Cappuccino was really horrible. We did not bother about breakfast then. |

The staff were extreamly helpfull, the food and resturant service was excellent. the room layout is perfect or famillies.All round very good The selection process on the website is a little misleading, with no where to check costs of children or additional guests We had to pay an unexpected suppliment at the hotel, the web site should have catered for this. |

Es un hotel muy bonito, bien situado porque esté en medio de la naturaleza pero a la vez esta cerca para ir de comprar por andorra. Las dos veces que he estado me ha parecido un hotel que no le falta de nada, no tengo ninguna queja. |

la simpatia y atencion del personal en recepcion.Se respira tranquilidad y estas a un paso para ir de tiendas,si quieres,y si no para hacer salidas para recorrer lois parajes maravillosos por el pais.Desayuno correcto.Calidad-precio muy correctos. |

Su proximidad al centro de Andorra y a la vez poder disfrutar de la tranquilidad. Las habitaciones del edificio Suite 4ª planta abuhardilladas preciosas. Nos pusieron en una de ellas por haber una celebración ese fin de semana, detalle del hotel y de agradecer. El servicio del restaurante nefasto, cogimos media pensión y en la cena la espera entre plato y plato era de 20 min. Además publicitaban menús que luego no tenían y faltaban la mitad de los platos de la carta. El desayuno en cambio muy bien, variedad y calidad. |
