Excellent room, comfortable bed, nice shower, quiet area. We were upgraded to a suite although we booked for a double. Bar/restaurant personnel do not speak English. Restaurant is extremely pricey for the food they offer. Cappuccino was really horrible. We did not bother about breakfast then. |

The staff were extreamly helpfull, the food and resturant service was excellent. the room layout is perfect or famillies.All round very good The selection process on the website is a little misleading, with no where to check costs of children or additional guests We had to pay an unexpected suppliment at the hotel, the web site should have catered for this. |

I liked the free wifi, size of room, free parking, access to other areas of Andorra. Staff were heplful. Good value for money compared with other hotels in Andorra The carpets look old and dirty, lift was older than me, bath needs to be replaced, noise from other rooms was loud. Smell in the corridors. Restaurant was poor, food was on the table faster than as Burger King sugggesting lots of pre made food heated up. Food was espensive for what was served. |

El hotel esta en un entorno unico, y todo el ambiente del hotel es encantador y relajante,es logico que en los fines de semana este lleno,pero si con antelación ,se solicita una habitación orientada al valle,y se responde al cliente que se acepta esta ,no tendriamos el porque de tener que cambiar de habitación,después de pasar,una noche el habitación situada justo encima de recepción.En la llegada recordamos esta solicitud,y se ignoro de manera sorpendente.Suerte que el resto estaba todo bien |

Hôtel situé hors des villes commercantes à flan de montagne dans un espace verdoyant et calme, bonne litterie, chambre spacieuse, bonne occultation de la fenêtre, isolation phonique correcte, petit déjeuner copieux dans grande salle de restaurant sans grand caractère. |

De ruime kamer was positief en de rust rondom het hotel. Je kon s'nachts slapen met open raam. De ene morgen ontbijtbuffet, de andere morgen niet en als je dan iets bestelde duurde het een half uur. Bovendien was het diner in het restaurant ook erg verschillend, soms goed dan weer slecht. |

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Il y avait 2 équipes de cyclistes professionnels qui ont monopolisé l'hôtel.Le buffet petit déjeuner était un peu juste si on passait derrière eux. Attente trop longue pour payer à cause des cyclistes. |

La amplitud de la habitación, la limpieza y la tranquilidad de la zona. Así como la cercania a Escaldes para poder ir a tomar algo/de compras. Que tubieramos que irnos y volver a la dichosa ciudad. |

La proximité de la Ville d'Andorre la Vieille avec un parking voiture extérieur permettant de garer un véhicule haut, un excellent rapport qualité prix avec une chambre de grande surface. Un personnel très aimable. Le diner du soir était de très mauvaise qualité. Il ne faut en aucun cas diner à l'hotel. |

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la tranquilidad. Proximidad al centro de Andorra y el detalle de darnos una habitación superior (suite) al mismo precio que la que habiamos solicitado (triple) El desayuno lo he encontrado un poco flojo y repetitivo. También para la categoría del hotel le faltaría una zona de spa y piscina climatizada para el invierno. |

Ubicacion excelente, cerca de la ciudad pero apartado del ruido. Entorno muy bonito. Recepcionista muy amable. Poca iluminación en los pasillos y habitaciones. Baño muy grande pero algo pasado de moda. |
