The bathroom is very cheap for a 4 stars hotel. Tiles are very low quality as well as taps, bathtub and washbassin. It would just fit for a 2 stars. wifi access is expensive. |

the hotel is fantastic and I would definitely stay there again. The food was great and the location and setting were ideal for a ski holiday parking is the only problem but it would'nt put me off staying at this wonderful hotel |

We loved everything about this hotel!!! The room, the reception desk, the breakfast and dinner, the Abbey club for kids, the shuttle bus!!! Highly recomend!!! Great value for the money!!! |

das personal war hier nicht sehr zuvorkommend, ausgenommen an der reception. vorallem beim frühstück starke mängel mit begrnezem angebot und kalten speisen. personal sichtlich unwliig sich in englisch oder französisch zu verstädigen. wer nicht spanisch konnte, wurde nicht verstanden. (ausnahme reception!!) |

Sehr schöne Lage, sehr gutes Personal, Ordentlich breite Garagenplätze,Saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück mit aufmerksamem Personal, grosse Zimmer für Familie, super Aussicht aus unserem Zimmer. Badezimmer zwar sauber, aber optische Mängel (Fliesenfugen "unsauber", abgeschraubte Griffe-Fliesen verlöchert und "rostiger" Untergrund, wo der Griff oä. gesessen hat. Abedeckungen verbogen.Aber halt für uns nur optischer "Mangel" also Kleinigkeiten. |

De kamer (suite) was erg gezellig en schoon. Het zwembad bij het hotel en de ligweide was ook schoon en erg prettig. De bediening was erg afstandelijk. Je moet zelf achter je drinken aan en ze leggen geen contact. Engels praten was ook erg moeilijk, er zijn er maar weinig die dat kunnen en ook weinig moeite doen om met je te proberen te communiceren. Ook bij het eten was het niet de gewoonte dat ze langskomen of je nog wat wilt drinken. Het eten ging ook erg snel, ze kwamen al met het hoofdgerecht, terwijl het voorgerecht nog niet op was. het wordt vervolgens weggehaald en neer gezet. Ook het terras wordt in principe niet gebruikt en het is zeker niet zo dat de bediening langskomt, je moest dus weer zelf iemand op zoeken. Ook de bar mag geen naam hebben, dat wordt gebruikt als werk plek voor de bediening om het drinken in te schenken, je kon er niet zitte |

Hotel is mooi en de kamers zijn groot. Omgeving is super (voor wandelen ed zeker) en het winkelen is leuk. Hotel ligt niet op loopafstand van winkels, cafe's of restaurants. Met de auto ben je wel zo in de grote stad. Wel betaald parkeren in deze stad, maar hier kunt je alles (winkelen, eten ed). Ook moet je met de auto naar het beginpunt van de wandelroutes. Maar dat is niet erg. Mis wel de airco in de hotelkamer. Het was warm en luchten kon je niet echt vanwege geluid van de weg. |

El lugar es increible, la piscina rodeada de montes, es un paraje extraordinario...y al lado de andorra la vella A veces había muchos coches en el parking gratuito y resultaba complicado aparcar |
