Abba Xalet Suites Hotel is in the La Massana area of Andorra, half a mile from the Massana-Pal cable car. It offers rooms with mountain views and satellite TV. The hotel's spa has a sauna, jacuzzi and gym, and offers wonderful views of the Anyós Valley. In the grounds there is a swimming pool that is open in the summer months. The hotel offers free ski storage in winter. All rooms at the Hotel Abba Xalet Suites are equipped with central heating and the private bathrooms have a hairdryer. The hotel’s restaurant serves traditional recipes with a modern twist. Vallnord ski resort is one mile from the Abba Xalet Suites. Sispony’s main shopping street is a 5-minute drive away. The standard and quality of the food was excellent. The selection of food from the kids menu was also very good indeed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. As we were a group of 9 skiers, the 10% saving on the ski pass if booked through the hotel reception was very welcome. We'll be back next year

This hotel has spectacular views of the Andorran mountains and valleys, with excellent walks starting from Sispony. The room was very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the valley. Bed, breakfast and evening meal for less than 100 euros per night for two, was excellent value. The three course evening meal was generally very good with a wide range of choices and prompt service. The spa circuit is very relaxing, with modern facilities. The unheated outdoor pool was rather bracing (for our stay in June) but was great once you got in. Our balcony area, including table and chairs, needed cleaning.

Very well situated, friendly staff, lovely views. Rooms are great, very relaxing atmosphere. I had a small dog, and had to pay an extra €16 per day for him. It gets expensive after a few days, considering they actually do less work since I don't request room cleans whilst the dog is in there, and he didn't make any mess. I'd appreciate an upfront price instead of a mystery "charges applicable".

El hotel me ha parecido muy acojedor. El trato del personal muy bueno. El desayuno completo: huevos frito y duros, salchichas, longanizas, chistorras, zumos, embutidos (incluido jamón serrano y varios tipos de queso), salmón ahumado, bollería, etc. La ubicación muy buena. A escasos 4 minutos en coche de La Massana (pueblo más cercano con tiendas y restaurantes, así como el telesférico de acceso a la estación de Pal), y a 5 minutos en coche de Andorra la Vella. El hotel se compone de 2 edificios con recepción, restaurante y aparcamientos independientes. El edificio con mejor acceso y vistas es el de habitaciones dobles estandar (el otro es de suites). Nos alojamos 2 personas, 5 noches, por 375€... Ah!, y un 10 para el señor de mantenimiento. No me ha gustado que internet (wifi) sea de pago. Hoy en día es un servicio básico que la mayoría de los hoteles ponen a disposición del cliente de manera gratuita. Por otro lado, la televisión no se veía con nitidez.

Perfecto para un 4 estrellas en Andorra. Muy bonito en invierno, si hay nieve. Muy facil acceso desde centro comercial. Menu restaurante muy correcto. Menu infantil con muchas opciones, aunque no muy económico.

Desde la primera impresión, quedé encantada, es un lugar muy bonito y agradable, las habitaciones están muy completas y limpias, el personal excelente, el desayuno buffet incluído, tambien muy completo. La cena, en cambio, no estuvo tan buena como esperábamos y el precio un poco alto.

Nos ha gustado por calidad precio. Perfecto para visitar andorra y caldea. Buen desayuno.Bonito comedor. Por fuera parece un castillo. Camas muy comodas. Parquin gratuito. Tranquilo.bonitas vistas. Trato excelente. Reservado desde booking.buena opcion. Repetiremos si encontramos un buen precio. Calefaccion muy fuerte por la noche. Comer,cenar muy caro,mejor solo desayuno. Precio mascota muy caro.

El Hotel esta muy bien las habitaciones muy amplias, el entorno precioso, el desyuno buffet abundante, y no queda muy lejos de Andorra Ciudad, lo unico que si quieres usar el spa tienes que pagar.

Situacion privilegiada, en la montaña y a un paso del centro. Habitacion amplisima. Personal muy profesional y desayuno variado Quizas en alguna noche muy calurosa se pueda hechar de menos algun A.A., pero el resto muy bien.

Hôtel à déconseiller : cuisine élémentaire pour un 4 étoiles, les suites sont dans un bâtiment annexe, petite piscine avec 15 transats max, pas d'emplacement de parking pour personnes à mobilité réduite ( aucune réaction même après avoir fait la réflexion), ...

La vue depuis la terrasse de l'hôtel, ma situee a l'arriere de l'hotel chambre surplombant le tennis et le spa dans un établissement alors que la suite etant dans l'autre établissement située a l'arrière de celui ci surplombant une rue et une villa. L'hôtel est constitue de 2 établissement distants de quelques centaines de mètre mais toutes les activités de plein air sont dans l'ancien hotel. Si on raisonne en terme d'altitude le deuxième hotel se situe a la hauteur du toit du premier, celui ci faisant trois étages. Le ménage de la chambre n'est pas a la hauteur serviettes tachées de graisse draps non changes alors qu'il n'y a pas de clim et qu'il faut très chaud sous les toits. Dormir fenêtre ouverte si vous ne craignez pas le brit des voitures. Les surprises serviettes de bain pour la piscine facturées 2€ par szrviette. Interdiction de les utiliser ou de les monter en chambre. Interdiction d'utiliser celles de la chambre. Une connexion journalière d'une heure maximum au wifi gratuite depuis le lobby. Aucune aide baguage ou accompagnement en chambre.

La chambre spacieuse, le spa (s'il n'y a pas plus de 4 personnes), la gastronomie exceptionnelle (demi-pension), le petit déjeuner très copieux L’accueil inexistant, la propreté de la chambre, le manque de place de parking, le wifi payant, le prix pour un animal domestique de 15€, les chaines télévision accessibles à 90% espagnole ne sont pas digne d'un 4 étoiles.

Relación calidad- precio. Desayuno muy correcto. Instalaciones sin actualizar. La ventana no cerraba bien (suerte que no es puro invierno). Los canales de la TV se ven bastante mal. Tuvimos que solictar el mando a distancia (supongo que la "chusma" los roba).La habitación es un poco "desangelada" falta algo de decoración, madera en el suelo, etc. Pero por lo que pagamos esta más que bien. En fin, que desde mi punto de vista no llega a categoría de 4 estrellas pero se le acerca bastante.

Lo único que nos ha gustado del hotel es la ubicación. El mobiliario del hotel es muy antiguo, necesita un cambio y un poco más de limpieza, estava todo lleno de polvo/ácaros. Nos encontramos pelos en la bañera y en la cortina de la ducha. Hace unos años estuvimos en este hotel pero la verdad es que ahora ya no vamos a repetir más.
