Scenery was immense and staff very helpful. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Wish we could have stayed longer. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff was very helpful. We've stayed for the new year celebration. The new years eve dinner was great. The location is great, near to the cable car station to Pal ski slopes and 15 minutes (car) from the Andorra La Vella (shopping malls). The breakfest buffet was ok and the dinner menu (halfboard) was very good. All our request was fulfilled like baby cot in our room and to stay in room near to my family and friends. We were 3 rooms. The free parking is a plus (outdoor).

The place where the hotel is, is surrounding by mountains, full of trees with great view and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and the staff was polite and friendly.

The swimming pool is fine. Hotel staff was not interested in giving service. The location is in the neighbourhood of a road with much traffic. From the hotel you have to take the car for a restaurant. Extra costs for internet, little tenniscourt, ....

La tranquilidad y el buen hacer de la dirección. éSta se puso en contacto días después para subsanar un error de factura y un mal entendido, cosa que publicamos aquí llamándoles estafadores, lo que no corresponde, como así han demostrado. Un lamentable mal entendido nos hizo dejar aquí un comentario anterior que han demostrado no merecer. Rectificamos y aplaudimos al responsable del hotel que nos contactó para darnos explicación de lo sucedido y disculparse por el mal entendido. éSto dice mucho de cómo funciona este hotel y cómo se preocupa por los clientes. Disculpas por nuestra parte también y enhorabuena! Por ser así. Los clientes agradecerán saber que están en un lugar que cumple y da un trato familiar.

Мы были в начале мая. Снега уже нет, поэтому и катающихся на лыжах тоже нет. Потрясающие виды из окна. Очень приятный отельчик. Отель находится на отшибе, поэтому без своего авто там делать нечего. Но у нас была своя машина.

Todo. Conocemos este hotel desde hace tiempo y siempre que vamos a Andorra nos alojamos aquí. Está muy bien situado, tiene buenos servicios, el personal es muy amable... Nos sentimos muy a gusto y se agradece la tranquilidad

Charme extérieur de l'hôtel.. Parking, jardin/piscine, terrasse ensoleillée le matin.Chambre spacieuse. Demi pension correcte.gentillesse du personnel. Bruit des salles de bains voisines.. Très beau Spa mais odeur d'humidité..( huile essentielle d'eucalyptus ou autre légèrement pour désodoriser et ce serait parfait..)
