The staff was very helpful and polite. Even though many of the promised services could not be used because they were under repairs, they were quick to inform and compensate reducing the room price before we even mention it. It is not a hotel but rather a hostel. There were no directions for the parking and finally we had to park the car on the street far from the building. On arrival (abt 2300) there was no key for the type of the room booked. After abt one hour we were given a smaller room that was booked for someone else. The laundry service was not available because of some repairs. These issues should be posted on the internet site promptly rather than finding it out on arrival. |

I enjoyed the panoramic view from my bedroom, and also, the place where the hotel is, right at the centre of Andorra. There are rooms that are to small for a 4 star hotel. |

Ideal para ir de compras, aparcamiento cercano y restaurantes debajo mismo. El desayuno es muy completo, sólo el café no es demasiado bueno. |

La ubicación sin duda. Es un hotel cómodo para disfrutar de la ciudad por su situación. Pocos canales de TV y accesorios de habitaciones muy justito (no hay limpiazapatos). La toallas de baño deberían estar en el cuarto de baño. |

nos ha parecido un hotel comodo y sencillo, aunque lejos de los 4 estrellas de España, el desayuno muy bueno y abundante. nada en concreto , salvo el no disponer de mas plazas de aparcamiento |

Chambre agréable, wifi gratuit.Buffet déjeuner très complet et varié. Emplacement très central avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Parking public à 50m. Comme beaucoup d'hotels en Andorre l'isolation phonique laisse à désirer. |

La ubicació. A més, hi ha un parking públic al costat mateix de l'hotel a un preu raonable. L'habitació no tenia vista exterior. Només hi ha 4 habitacions amb vista exterior per planta, n'hi ha 5 o 6 més per planta sense vista exterior. |

Personnel de qualité, chambres propres et confortables ! Le restaurant laisse à désirer pour la demi pension, le petit déjeuner par contre était à la hauteur. |

le prix trés interessant en demi-pension. Un trés bon petit déjeuner et diner. le prix du parking moins cher que les autres hotels de la ville. La déco des chambres trés design. le bruit de la rue (toujours avoir des boules quies lorsque l'on va à l'hotel, Le bruit des gens regagnant leurs chambres et claquant les portes est récurant dans les hotels). Moquette chambre pas trés clean. |

J'ai aimé le petit déjeuné, le bon état de la chambre, la déco... Pas de parking, parking à côté "complet", samedi soir très bruyant (discothèque dans une rue adjacente -personnes qui crient ds la rue...-) Attention aux chambres intérieures très mal conçues! Pas de pb pr celles qui donnent sur la rue niveau espace |

Cet hotel est trés central, la voiture n'est pas necessaire, tout peut se faire à pieds. La décoration est soignée. Le prix interessant notre chambre était trés petite à peine la place du lit et sans vue. |
