In the ratings of the hotel above, there should be a "very good" option as I feel it was more than "good". The breakfast was excellent value with its variety, comprehensiveness, quantity, and freshness! And the 3-hour breakfast availability provided flexibility. I was thankful the staff was fluent enough in several languages to be able to help me. The staff was helpful with recommendations on where to eat, which bus stops to go to to catch the right buses, and in helping me change a previous travel reservation. The hotel is in a good location, close to a Cyber cafe and shopping. The boutique feel of the hotel was nice and the modern decor was interesting. Even though my first room faced onto the city street, I did not find noise to be a problem. I like that such amenities as hairdryer, toiletries, and in-room safe were available. The towels were pleasantly soft, and the shower had good water pressure and adjustable height. The air-con in my second room worked very well. I did receive a wake-up call as requested (albeit a little early).

As other travellers have said, the rooms are not spacious, but as a solo traveller, I did not find this to be a problem. My first room lacked a full-length mirror (but had a nice city view). I didn't care for the type of lighting by the bathroom mirror, and overall, the lighting was a bit dim in the room. Although the hotel offers free wifi, it would be more convenient if there was a computer(s) guests could use that was complimentary (or at least for a very reasonable price). The towel rack by the shower had too many rungs that were too close together to easily hang big towels. Toilet paper and bedsheets could be softer. There didn't seem to be any television channels in English and the remote did not work in my first room. The soap/shampoo rack with the wide spaces in some of the showers was not convenient (shampoo/soap would fall through).

Friendly staff, modern and clean room, (as well as the hotel in general). Good selection for breakfast.

Modern, clean, comforatble large bed do not mean much if you get woken by the ventalation randomly through the night. The key card was out so there was no power and hense I assumed it was on automatic and throughout the hotel. As we were there for only one night I didnt ask, maybe I was mistaken but either way, check this before you go to sleep.

The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, it's conveniently situated.

I don't think it's good value for money, there are hotels that charge a lot less, but have better breakfasts and more facilities.

La relación calidad precio posiblemente haya sido la mejor que he conocido nunca. Alojamiento, desayuno y cena de calidad y variada a un módico precio no se ve muy a menudo, posiblemente otras cadenas hoteleras deberían aprender de esta.Además este hotel está muy céntrico y a pesar de no disponer de parking propio tiene uno bastante grande, cercano y barato al lado. Los empleados son bastante correctos, es decir aunque en otros hoteles 1º es la sonrisa y luego la eficacia aquí es al revés, que a mi parecer es lo importante. Si volvemos a Andorra, volveremos a este hotel.

El precio pagado impide decir que algo no nos ha gustado, de todas formas resaltar que en el baño falta luz en el espejo para afeitarte, maquillarte, etc. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle son un poco ruidosas (motos, coches, gente...) aunque una vez dormido casi ya ni te enteras. Un detalle que no nos pareció del todo bien es que un camarero nos hizo cambiar de mesa en el desayuno sin apenas haber gente. El ascensor en horas punta es casi imposible de coger.

Очень долго просили ваучер подтверждения бронирования от отеля, что очень важно для открытия визы. Пришлось даже отправить запрос на каталонском с примером.

Sin duda alguna la ubicación (muy centrico a la avda meritxell) donde se encuentran todas las tiendas, pero también la relación calidad precio. El buffet del almuerzo con variedad (bolleria industrial, bacon, revuelto de huevos ,salchichas, entremeses, pan, etc.) y la verdad que bastante bueno todo. La habitación es un poco pequeña, pero después de leer todos los comentarios de éste hotel cuando la ví no era tan pequeña y por cierto, pedí una cama grande y con vistas a la calle y me la dieron tal cual. Por último destacar que también disponen las habitaciones de MINI-BAR y que te ofrecen zumos y agua gratis!!! Lo recomiendo por su relación calidad-precio!!

Al tener la habitación que daba a la calle, se oían bastante los ruidos de la calle pero he de decir que por la noche las calles no son nada transitables y no hay ruidos por ningun lado, sólo por las mañanas!!! Por otro lado NO TIENE PARKING, y alli en Andorra es muy dificial aparcar pero una calle más arriba del hotel se encuentra EL PARKING FENER (13 € dia) el más barato de por alli, aunque nosotros tuvimos el coche desde el viernes por la tarde al domingo por la mañana y nos cobraron 20 € en total.

Tres bel hotel , rien de negatif . hotel qualite prix interessant.

La relacion calidad-precio , es insuperable

Hotel molt ben ubicat (centre de compres, pàrking a la vora, a cinc minuts de Caldea,...), personal molt atent I amable, buffet més que acceptable I una habitació molt confortable. Totalment recomanable.
