The reception staff and restaurant staff were excellent. Even though we had some language difficulties (English), the staff tried their very best and made our dinning experience very pleasant. The food was also very good at a fair value. The room was very pleasant, clean and comfortable. |

The staff was very helpful and polite. Even though many of the promised services could not be used because they were under repairs, they were quick to inform and compensate reducing the room price before we even mention it. It is not a hotel but rather a hostel. There were no directions for the parking and finally we had to park the car on the street far from the building. On arrival (abt 2300) there was no key for the type of the room booked. After abt one hour we were given a smaller room that was booked for someone else. The laundry service was not available because of some repairs. These issues should be posted on the internet site promptly rather than finding it out on arrival. |

I enjoyed the panoramic view from my bedroom, and also, the place where the hotel is, right at the centre of Andorra. There are rooms that are to small for a 4 star hotel. |

Hotel bonito, "fashion" para mi hija, super-confortable las camas, bién situado, buena relación calidad precio. Buena mesa (cena y desayuno.BIEN Insonorizado!!!! No, pero leí comentarios negativos en internet y quedé gratamente sorprendida. Pienso que repetiré. |

El trato del personal del hotel es inmejorable y la ubicación del mismo es muy buena. Las habitaciones son diminutas, no cabe ni una silla en la habitación e incluso está el armario metido en el baño porque no cabe en la habitación. |

tiene una excelente ubicacion al lado de las calles mas comerciales de Andorra y a 300m de Caldea. Aunque el hotel no tiene parking, en frente hay uno privado bastante económico Las habitaciones son pequeñas y el colchon y almohadas bastante incómodas |
