Children and extra beds
All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 5 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

cleanliness and comfort of room; choice of food; location relative to ski station; spa facilities. the mealtime experience, whilst spread out buffet-style over 3-hour periods,was chaotic owing to the large number of young and boisterous children also resident and present throughout the meal service period. |

Thje staff on the whole were very helpful and the evening meal was excellent value. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The surrounding scenery was breathtaking On arrival the receptionist would rather talk on the phone than deal with us. Her explanation of where the room was even baffled other members of staff |

The privacy and the restaurant. The room was not ready for the check-in. Other guests had also to wait for their rooms. The personnel at the front desk did not managed the issue properly. |

Hotel was convenient to ski lift at Soldeu. Staff were very courteous and helpful. The matresses were extremely hard. The food that should have been hot in the morning and evening buffets was warm, not hot. Price paid through Booking.com was same as the street rate, no discount. |

Son buenos los buffetes de desayuno y cena, esta bien situado cerca de las pistas y tiene un servicio de minibuses que te llevan hasta los remontes. No me ha gustado que los shows para los niños se hicieran en el bar, se debería buscar otro lugar para poder dejar el bar como un lugar tranquilo. |

Es un hotel muy comodo para eskiadores ya que dispone de transfer directo al acceso de pistas, alquiler de equipacion en el mismo hotel y gestion de forfaits. El buffet es de calidad correcta y el desayuno muy adecuado para una mañana de intensa actividad fisica |

Buena ubicación, buenas instalaciones, confortable, moderno, buen restaurante, variedad en las comidas y disponibilidad de plancha en el self-service. El servicio de transporte desde el hotel hasta el telecabina no realiza ninguna parada. Si alquilas material fuera del hotel, tienes que recogerlo e ir a devolverlo "por tus medios", cuando costaria poco una simple parada en el trayecto para dejar y recogerlo. El material de esquí del hotel está bastante obsoleto y muy usado. |

Comodidad en su ubicación y animación por las noches, especialmente las atenciones con los niños. El cambio ha empeorado el trato familiar y la habitación asignada tras nuestra reserva con booking era pequeña, la contratamos para cuatro y realmente era para tres, con una incomoda cama doble. |
