Ahotels Piolets Park and Spa is situated in the Pyrenees, 300 metres from the ski slopes of Grandvalira-Soldeu. This hotel features a spa, indoor swimming pool and rooms with balconies. Rooms at the Piolets Park are spacious and comfortable. Each room has a flat-screen TV, a minibar and a safe. The Piolets Park and Spa has a fitness suite and offers a range of treatments. Its position, near to cableways, and its spa, not expensive (12 €/pax/day and less with forfaits) and quite nice, its fitness room (free). Drinks/food prices are not expensive (for such category hotel). An indoor parking is available (12.50 €/day) Rooms (belonging to Piolets Apartements) are absolutely not soundproof: it's possible to hear what happens around and every sound produced nearby (other rooms, corridor, elevator) is transmitted almost unchanged in the room. As tv volume is locked is not possible to hear tv when neighbors are noisy. tv is placed too down: watch at it from bed is not confortable. 3€/day for the safe is abused for such category hotel. No WiFi available except in the hall (and not everywhere in the hall). 2 8-persons vans to bring hundreds of skiers to the cableways is not enough to avoid queues in the morning

Lovely hotel, with a great contemporary feel. Our room was perfect with having a small child. The pool facilities were great too - very welcomed after a day's skiing! The childrens club was a little chaotic at times! - our little boy was only 3yrs old and the older children were just allowed to run riot. However as long as you are there to supervise your own children the facilities are great.

Very good stay. Room was clean and of a good size. Food was good and plentiful. Staff all were attentive. Spa and pool were crowded at times but we enjoyed them nevertheless. We would return again.

The room was comfortable and spacious and we enjoyed the stay. breakfast variety and quality was good Our kids loved the kids club and we were pleased to find this service was free. Disappointed to find various charges added to use services. Eg pool was unused due to cost of e12 per person per visit. E48 per family made this extorsionate. Charging to use cooking facilities also shameful for the aparthotel. Evening meal was a very poor quality buffet consisting of nearly inedible and cold main courses, and expensive at cost e66 for a family of 4 considering quality. Aparthotel area in general felt unfinished with random seats in main hallway areas. Tv broken, phone broken.

Somos una familia con dos hijas de 5 y 7 años. Hemos estado dos días en el AHotels Piolets Park & Spa y realmente hemos estado muy bien. El hotel de diseño tiene unas instalaciones muy adecuadas y cuidadas. La habitación cuadruple muy adecuada con un lavabo muy bien distribuído y una fantástica y acogedora terraza (no muy grande, pero adecuada para tomar el sol y/o leer). El servicio de comedor tanto para el desayuno como para la cena muy bién: personal agradable y educado, variedad de platos y un comedor bien organizado. A nuestras hijas les encantó la sala de Mini Club donde los niños podían realitzar diferentes actividades: hacer máscaras, pintar, jugar en un módulo de tobogán, piscina de bolas..., O jugar a karaoke con la Wii. Estuvieron poco rato, pero bien aprovechado. En resumen estamos contentos de haber disfrutado dos días en este hotel y lo recomendaremos! Hay, básicamente, dos aspectos a mejorar:- la limpieza del suelo y del polvo de las habitaciones. Dejaba bastante que desear (pelusas debajo del sofá-cama, polvo encima de la televisión...). - En segundo lugar, la limpieza de los platos del comedor: encontrabas platos con restos de suciedad en las pilas de platos limpios; suciedad que a veces el lavavajillas no es capaz de sacar en un primer lavado y que hace faltar repetir.

El paisaje. La limpieza va a peor ya q es el 7º año q nos alojamos y nunca nos ha pasado esto: en 4 dias no nos cambiaron las sabanas, hicieron las camas con el mandoa distancia dentro, no barrieron el suelo y no limpiaron el baño, hasta que avisamos en recepción no acudió el personal de limpieza. El personal parecía sobrepasado, cansado, con pocas ganas de trabajar y algo soberbios y antipaticos (algunos de recepción y comedor). Ha cambiado la dirección del hotel lo gestionan mal. Seguramente no volvamos ya q por el mismo precio hay otras ofertas.

1. Доставка до подъемников и обратно каждые 5-10 минут. 2. Бесплатные шкафы для хранения инвентаря на -1 этаже. 3. Прекрасное питание (рекомендую бронировать с завтраками и ужинами). Не забудьте взять с собой купальники! 1. При заезде дали номер хуже, чем бронировали. Много времени ушло, чтобы его заменить. 2. Старая мебель в номере.

A facilidade de alugar equipamento de esqui no próprio hotel, transporte para as telecabines (ainda que com restrição de horário) e os cacifos para guardar o equipamento. Funcionários, de um modo geral, simpáticos e prestáveis. Parque de estacionamento grátis ( não coberto). O acesso à Internet é intermitente, raramente conseguimos aceder. Piscina com preços separados e caros.

Muy moderno, y bien ubicado. Limpieza, vistas de la habitación. Muy masificado en los puntos comunes como restaurante o zona Spa. Desayuno y Cena regulares en calidad. No conseguí conectarme a Internet. Solo disponible en el hall del hotel.

Me ha gustado que el Spa pueda ser compartido con tus hijos. La ubicación enfrente de las pistas de Soldeu espectacular. No me ha gustado que me hiciesen cambiar de habitación y me cobrasen un suplemento de 46€, pues yo había contratado una hab. Cuádruple mas una cama supletoria para un niño de 9 años.

El lloc on està ubicat El menjar de poca qualitat I repetitiu, l'horari del bar/cafeteria és a partir de les 14h (com es pot fer, al matí, un cafè en condicions?) , el “Miniclub” pels peques, tot hi haver-hi d'estar els pares, que ho trobo molt correcte, no el tenen obert matí I tarda, sinó solament de 16h a 20h, estrany, oi? I l'Spa, que és de pagament, si hi vas al matí pagues I si hi vols tornar a la tarda, tornes a pagar.???. Crec que a la seva web on venen el seu hotel, haurien d’especificar els serveis I els horaris I així la gent aniria previnguda.
